Darnay Holmes' ballz shifting to OSU
Multiple crystal ballz in the past day, including Wiltfong, have Darnay Holmes going to OSU.
It is sickening that the referees' impact on the outcome of The Game has repercussions long beyond just this season. I doubt OSU would have the momentum it does with all of these out-of-state 5-stars if it was UM in the CFP and OSU in the Orange Bowl.

No underclassmen have formally made an announcement yet, but those that could possibly declare early:
- DE Tyquan Lewis
- S Malik Hooker
- CB Gareon Conley
- CB Marshon Lattimore
- HB/WR Curtis Samuel
So OSU could possibly be losing 3/4 of its current starting secondary, but there's also a pair of well-established/experienced backups in CB Damon Arnette and CB Denzel Ward.

We're expecting, by all accounts, to lose three of our four starting DBs (Conley, Hooker, Lattimore), which is exactly what happened after last season.
This is why Urban so strongly emphasizes the need to recruit guys who can play from day one. He understands the turn around is going to be quick, and if you aren't recruiting kids ready to play as freshman, the chances of them being ready as sophomores shrinks. Just as we're going to need to replace three guys in our defensive backfield next year, we had to do the same this year.
In regards to our defensive backs, we're basically getting one year out of two of them. Hooker and Lattimore were buried behind two high draft picks, they never really saw the field, and when they left, they stepped right in at a high level. Unfortunately, that's likely all we will get out of them with their OSU careers. They started for one year, put up first round performances, and like that, they're gone. Honestly, it's not an ideal situation, but as long as Urban can continue to make it work, I won't complain.

..the Best!
In the end Ohio St having one of the best crootin classes of all time will help UofM get better players and I trust Coach Harbaugh to put together the best 11 at a time.
It would be nice if Holmes came to Mich but its good to see kids from all over want to be part of the game again.

and WRs dont come out of Columbus, Michael Thomas and Zeke Elliot send their regards.
lets not pretend that our rivals are bad, or that Urban and his staff doesnt know how to coach or recruit.
but fuck those bitches. Sick and tired of losing to them.

Michael Thomas wasn't even recruited by Meyer. If you look at the list I posted above, it's pretty clear that he has a very poor record of developing WRs.

To be fair, Mike Thomas had to detour to Fork Union after signing his LOI with OSU in 2011. He didn't arrive on campus until 2012 aka Urban Meyer's first year. He was never "developed" by anyone other than Meyer. Furthermore, Devin Smith, Philly Brown and Evan Spencer all only had one season without Meyer at OSU, so he certainly was crucial to their development.

If you want to add Thomas to the list, fine. It doesn't change the fact that Meyer blows at producing NFL WRs (and QBs). It obviously works for him, I just question why any kid who wants to play WR in the NFL would commit to OSU.

OSU isn't in the Orange bowl. They are in the championship. Learn to quit making excuses and accept the qb fumbled on the 2. Be a man.
