I mean, this is fine, but I still prefer the maize pants and white accessories. I don't know why they don't cater to MY desires....

We've been on a Hedberg kick lately, it reminded me of this;

My apartment is infested with koala bears. Its the cutest infestation ever. Much better than cockroaches. I turn the lights on and a bunch of koala bears scatter. I'm like, hey, hold on fellas! Lemme hold one of you, and feed you a leaf.

I just don't understand the uniform thing. Perhaps it's related to me being one of the older participants of this blog.

Just win the damn game.

Though many people claim they don't care what anyone wears, what we wear and what it means are constants in human history.

Even just putting on ordinary slacks and a shirt, as "older participants of this blog" might do, sends various messages.

That can include "I don't want to stand out," "I want to fit in with friends and neighbors," and the potent cultural message of seeming to be above frivolous things like fashion, "I don't care what I wear."

"Slacks".  I love language and how words become (un)fashionable.  Does anyone under 50 still say "slacks"?

I'm not criticizing here.  I am genuinely interested.

By the way, I will most definitely be wearing my maize/blue plaid jammies (slacks) for the BTCG.
