It’s a good question. Odd that it is something that resulted in suspension of possibly multiple games that isn’t public info. That is uncommon.

How much is Warde really involved in that?
The Big Ten does a yearly game at MSG, and the idea of playing at MSG in general wasn't something Warde was in on (he was still at UConn when the event was announced).
Maybe he's involved in the home/away aspect, but we've already played in the event once already as the "away" team in 2016, so I think it wasn't his call.
There are valid criticisms of Warde but I really don't think this is one of them
