Your friend is most likely out of luck unless he tries to file for non-economic losses (pain and suffering) to cover the difference. Everyone would just leverage as much as they can over the value of their car and and make it gets hit if this was possible. If you somehow owe $30,000 on a car and it's only worth $10,000 you need gap or you are SOL.
Insurance is also a very reactive industry. As the price of medical bills and vehicles increase, the rates increase to account for their exposure. I can remember when a new bumper on a car would cost about $500 if it was damaged. Now that minor repair will generally cost over $2000. As said above, the rates are regulated and need to be approved before the state will accept them.
I believe the medical fee schedule that starts in 2021 will help get the medical portion of you bill back in line as well.
The mandatory rate reductions apply only to the PIP premiums. You will not see a 35% savings on the whole premium, but it is supposed to apply to the PIP premiums.
I will say about 90% of my clients who have contacted me have kept unlimited medical. As of today I have only had one opt out completely and it is because she can no longer legally operate a vehicle but has decided to keep her vehicle.
Almost everyone will see some sort of reduction in the premium because of the mandatory rate reductions in the PIP and the reduction in the MCCA fee. In general most clients don't want to be the one to test out the new system. Also, be very careful assuming your medical coverage covers auto accidents. I have seen several that don't. In order to opt out you will need a letter from your health insurance carrier stating they cover auto accidents and that seems to be like pulling teeth.
A new fee schedule goes into effect next year which should make the $500,000 limit stretch farther if you choose that option.
I have decided to keep unlimited on my own personal policy going forward for the foreseeable future.
I would rather have him than not, of course, but I feel like Beilein's teams normally perform better when their primary ball handler has a good shot. I saw a lot of Carton's highlights but they don't seem to feature any shooting ability. I feel like DD is the right kind of pg to operate with.
Obviously Simpson isn't that kind of pg, but with Wagner and RAHK it still worked.
As said before, Alamaba has beaten 1 team ranked in the CFP 25 and that is Texas A&M who has beaten 1 team in the CFP 25. I get if you want to put Alabama at 1 because they look good and are the defending champs, but get A&M out of the top 4. And Clemson should not be in front of us simply because they have struggled with so many teams. They could easily have 3 losses this year if routine plays were made at the end of games by their opponents or if the refs didn't make some terrible calls. Michigan's closest game was to Wisconsin and it didn't feel as close as the score indicates.
I just checked his Hello post and 247, Rivals, and Scout have remained unchanged. ESPN had him as a NR 3* so I don't know how that would change the composite unless they dropped him to a 2*.
I went last year and enjoyed it. All the players are lined up at tables to sign autographs and/or interact with fans. I bought a ball from the M Den and had the players and Beilein sign it. I left early but it was a good experience and kids are welcome.
I give Beilein credit for fielding a competetive team with some players we wern't expecting much from. He does deserve critisism for his late game management, his team's inability to inbound the ball, and his 2 foul rule in the first half. I don't expect them to win every game, but when they play well enough to win I expect them to pull it out or at least not give it away.
His late game management has been absolutely terrible. I'm a fan of fouling up 3 with less than 5 seconds left and he chose not to do it twice which is just bad coaching. He took a team with 5 NBA players to the championship game, i'm starting to believe there are quite a few coaches who could have done that. Great offensive coach, bad defensive coach, and aweful at late game management.
What concerned me was with 14 seconds left down 3 you have Caris shoot a 3 and the only person who even attempted to rebound was Spike. I know Doyle set a screen, but he should have been crashing just as Irvin should have. They all watched. I actually miss Morgan. No way he would have stood and watched. Lack of effort, desire, or just the hatred of losing.
I don't like the term "turned down". He may not be interested in the job, but this implies that he was offered the job and turned it down. I doubt this was the case.

I think either team could be one of the top teams in the B1G by themselves. Crazy how much talent we have.
Can we get the stretch designation on Hunter? Shooting 45% from 3 now.
I love Hemlock
His Dirk Nowitzki is spot on too. I think I like it more than LeBron.

I think Warde should get a lot of credit here. It seems like we play better at neutral sites than we do even at home.

I would love this to be the way it shapes out. I want Xavier as the 1 seed in Michigan's bracket.

As long as they don't have Alex Olah I like our chances. That guy used to kill us.

Also his 2 foul rule in the first half has to go.

Lewan/Kalis/Miller/Bryant/Schofield looks a lot better than Schofield/Kalis/Miller/Bryant/Gunderson(or Braden).
I know he has to do what's best for him, but we need him back.
