5 More Spartans arraigned, attorney formally uses "but Juwannn" defense.

I knew the attorney's name sounded familiar - Wade Fink got into it with Scott Bell early this year and let's just say he's prone to...complain about Michigan sports.

Fuck the judge, too, then. But if it's me looking for a lawyer after I go ham on another team's player in the tunnel of their stadium, I DON'T look for some tinhorn weenie who's gonna turn my case into a circus. That's just me, though. 

All of this wasted energy and money...

Goodness, it is hard to keep up.  They are mad at the blue wall media, they are mad at the prosecutor, they are mad at Harbaugh, they are mad at the national media, our fans are not nice and arrogant, but Juwan, they are mad at the tunnel, they are mad their players were suspended 4 games, they are mad they are not going to a bowl.

What can we, the fans, do to help our little brethren cope with all of this madness?

Theses motherfuckers are going from cliche to cartoon levels of grievance manufacturing. It’s hard to believe that people in positions of power are speaking some of these words. I’m embarrassed for them.

Hahaha. Did Juwan get charges filed on him? Do people not understand the person assaulted has to agree to charges being filed?

And so the legal process slowly grinds on. If they didn't want to be in this legal meat grinder, they should have kept "their hands to themselves" (helmets too).

MSU broadly has a culture problem. From top to bottom its like this. I feel like America at large doesnt appreciate it because nobody notices MSU that much outside of Michigan but the whole gang has this Disrespeck syndrome

Not living in Michigan anymore, I wonder if the grievance collectors represent the MSU fan base generally or if it's just fringe crackpots.

Normally I'd interpret it as crackpots but when its leaders make the same ridiculous mouth noises, it looks to be spread generally.

I posted earlier about my disappointment in Izzo. I'd discounted most of his whining as more rivalry stuff than real, as much about me in the rivalry as about him. But to absolve attacks on human beings and attempt to switch blame isn't the action of a leader or person of character, it's demonstration of a lack of character. 

What the ever living heck is wrong with these people.  Serious cult feel.  Like how is whatever happened with Juwan Howard applicable to this at all?  Is this attorney for real?  It's like a cartoon attorney thought up just to please message board people and those who are way to online.  

Forgot the Howard thing happened in Madison. That makes the comparison even more absurdly irrelevant

The attorney is merely making comments meant to satiate the majority of his EL clientele and friends. IANAL, but it seems professionally reckless to make flippant comments like that in front of a judge.

Their attorney is damn idiot for invoking Howard. I wish the Judge had lectured him that that isn't a valid excuse and, as an attorney, he should be ashamed for using it.

This cannot be a real attorney. From that letter to every thing that comes out of his mouth he sounds like Uncle Rico from napoleon dynamite 

Good response from the judge especially on such a dumb ass comment from the attorney 

Your title suggest that 5 additional players were charged.  These are the same players that were already charged.
