4* RB on UM commit watch
Blake Corum is a stud running back at Saint Frances Academy in Maryland. Yes, this is Biff Poggi’s school which is absolutely stacked with high major prospects in the coming years. Blake is ranked #204 on the composite, the #17 RB overall. He is the kind of back that combines athleticism with shiftiness and physicality - a package that lends itself to a high likelihood of success at the power 5 level. Four crystal balls came in for him today, giving Michigan 100% of the CBs.
This is a prospect that should get everyone around here excited, at least those of us here who cheer for Michigan.
Heres hoping that Blake comes up to AA to make himself great and make Michigan great.
Michigan, much like the US, is already great.
Well said.
Harbaugh uses the terminology about making oneself great and making Michigan great in his podcast with ‘great’ frequency
Also, ’here’s’ b/c I cannot edit my mistake.
Keep Michigan great again, forever...?
Those insinuating about making anything great ‘again’ have missed the point and demonstrate a lack of awareness of our head coach’s vernacular.
In other words, your ignorance is showing!
So Alabama is like the Netherlands then? Weird comparison, but ok.
Garbagemouth is the lingua franca on this here board.
US is becoming Great again. Michigan has a long way to go
oh fuck off. Sure, it has problems, but America has been great for decades. One of, if not the, greatest countries that has ever existed in terms of wealth generation, freedom, contribution to the advancement of society, donations to the poor etc.
Michigan is fucking great too. I've lived on both coasts, a number of places in between, and in other countries. I'll take Michigan until my ashes are spread.
Also, you shouldn't take catchy phrases simply designed to win an election so seriously. No one is making America great right now, or in the future. It already is great.
Are you joking? Did you miss the last 6 Ohio State games?
When was the last time our 'running game' was 'great'? Hart? Touchdown Timmy?
Don't remember any standout backs... and the last 'great' running game was Denard.
Go fish...

Just the right amount of stars for a RB!
Couple sites say he has a 4.6 and 4.62 hand timed 40. Is that fast enough for speed in space? I'll take any of Poggi's guys.
He plays very fast. Will get the Fred Jackson comparison of "Mike Hart but faster".
Two offers stand out to me: Georgia and Nebraska. Georgia nails RB talent and he's a guy that Frost wanted in his offense.
I glance over stars and focus on the schools that offered, too.
I see LSU and Ohio St on the list too. Those mean quite a bit.
His awareness/vision and change of direction looks very good. Straight light speed is okay if not superior. He runs in a very upright style.
Any running back that can run at the speed of light would be someone I would want at UM...
If it’s real 4.6 that’s pretty fast. If you combine it with good feet and good vision, which it looks like he has, you have plenty in that department.
A real 4.6 would be rather good, but hand-timed 40s tend to exaggerate; a lot of hand-timed 4.3 guys turn into 4.5/4.6 guys at the NFL combine, and it's not because the guys are getting slower with age.
Great 40 speed is terrific and can turn big plays into huge ones, but many RBs can be extremely successful without having that high gear. The "Mike Hart but fast" joke is a joke for a reason--Mike Hart had terrible speed after he got 20 yards downfield but he was terrific at getting 20 yards downfield.
Seems like a good get. Hopefully we also get Daniyel Ngata. He’s electric with the ball and would compare favorably to Giles Jackson
Don’t get your hopes up on the Ngata thing, per Steve Lorenz
MOAR BALLZ!!!
Has a Georgia offer. Their boosters must be over-extended.
#204 on the composite but #423 overall on 247.
Do you trust rivals and espn or 247. Hmm.
Definitely Maizen
I just hope he's smart enough to stay away from any "Hello" posts, or mFrankly he's gonna need a new name.
I trust whichever one has him ranked highest. Thanks for asking.
I think his rating is just fine.
Probably because he hasn't been to many camps where 247 has been. I trust the composite the most, 247 second most.
I trust St Francis, and so does your Uber recruiting guru Nick Saban.
Come on down Blake, you'll get your bump.
Or the qualified coaching staffs around the country that have presented him an offer you dope.
Your personality reminds me of toxic Rick, minus the genius part.
ESPN is as good as the others, maybe better, when their evaluations are fresh. Their weaknesses are in updating and in covering as many prospects. Their old evaluations are worse than new ones from the competition.
After reading through a few threads today, this is how I picture Mfrank:

You are one miserable fucker. Sincerely, it has to suck being you. You're the worst.
FWIW, Rivals has him the #10 RB, #134 overall, and shot up 35 spots since their last ranking. They really like him.
I have not seen his film yet, but will have to check out tonight.
His highlights look good, the again its highlights so take them with a grain of salt they all look good. He's teeny tiny but appears to have some talent. Would be a good compliment to someone like Bijan Robinson.
I liked your 1201 account better.
The comment above you are skeptical because you say he's ranked #423 by 247. Then literally the next comment someone tells you Rivals moved him up to #134 and all of the sudden he looks good, has talent, and is a nice complement....
Once again you prove that all your hot takes are baseless garbage. I can not comprehend why you're on your 8th account and you keep coming back after every single banning.
To be fair, his other account was more effusive.
I never said I was skeptical is reading that fucking hard for you? Idiot.
Hopefully not as hard as grammar is for you.....
