Struggled at moments. But stepped up to make the difference making plays.
Get better soon Will.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:51 PM ^
Yep, wasn't always pretty or comfortable, but made enough plays to get it done.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:54 PM ^
Harrison was just as good as we thought he was, Will put in work today
November 25th, 2023 at 4:10 PM ^
Concerned for the playoff. Little pressure today. And we'll face much better QB's than McCord, potentially without Will Johnson too
November 25th, 2023 at 4:17 PM ^
We won't face any WR like Harrison though. Probably ever again. That one-handed catch while being tackled was simply amazing.
November 25th, 2023 at 4:29 PM ^
They did just enough to win, but if we face Washington or Oregon we are going to have to score in bunches
November 25th, 2023 at 4:44 PM ^
Will can rest next week. Not needed for the putrid Iowa O.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:03 PM ^
Jaylen Harrell with the hit on McCord to cause that last pass to fall short into Rod Moore's hands. What a great moment and a huge relief. That was way more stressful than the last two, as expected.
November 25th, 2023 at 6:04 PM ^
I don't know how, but Harrell knocked that OSU guard on his ass. Harrell must be giving up 30-40 lbs at least on that guard right?
November 25th, 2023 at 9:19 PM ^
OSU fans will say because we knew their plays.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:46 PM ^
I wouldve bet my life they were gonna give up a life crushing touchdown to MHJ at the end there but they held on. Wow. A game for the ages
November 25th, 2023 at 3:47 PM ^
Same. I had 2005 Troy Smith running through my mind. The curse is broken.
November 25th, 2023 at 4:36 PM ^
Gus Johnson was hoping for it. He was sucking Buckeye nuts the whole game!
November 25th, 2023 at 5:13 PM ^
Good god enough with this shit. The dude is more than likely a Michigan fan.
November 26th, 2023 at 9:38 AM ^
Good god, you didn’t hear him practically begging OSU to get the ball to Harrison on that last drive? I’ve never heard anything like that from a national announcer. Ever.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:25 PM ^
I love Gus and he wasn't
November 25th, 2023 at 6:22 PM ^
I am in California and a friend of mine who doesn’t have an interest randomly posted “these announcers are cheering so hard for Ohio that I find myself cheering for Michigan”
November 25th, 2023 at 6:58 PM ^
Gus just considers it his job to emphasize the big plays and celebrate the success of players. He's neither pro buckeye nor pro Michigan. He'll talk up whoever is getting the job done.
November 25th, 2023 at 7:33 PM ^
His first 6 words say otherwise. He just lives off his antics

Is that why it was "Michigan versus THE WORLD FAMOUS OHIO STATE BUCKEYES" all fucking game???
November 26th, 2023 at 12:52 AM ^
Announcers have nicknames for things all the time. Was Brent Musburger a Michigan homer for hyping up the A-Train all the time? No, it's just a name to call a player, just as the World Famous Ohio State Buckeyes is just a hyped up version of Ohio State.
November 25th, 2023 at 9:06 PM ^
It was weird both Gus and Joe seemed like they had an Ohio lean when calling the game.
November 25th, 2023 at 10:02 PM ^
Gus Johnson's buckeye bias was obvious and annoying.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:47 PM ^
One of the best Michigan defenses of all time. What a fricken legendary group of guys
November 25th, 2023 at 3:47 PM ^
Harrell with the hit and Moore with the pick!!!
It's great to be a Meeeechigan Wolverine!!
November 25th, 2023 at 3:50 PM ^
Good time for Harrell to add “organic pass rush pressure” to his toolset. The best time.

Worth mentioning as many times as possible neighbor!
November 25th, 2023 at 3:47 PM ^
Not the performance I expected, not as much pressure as we were hoping for (at least while watching live, I guess video review will say if feels matched reality).
Were the d-line gassed? Or maybe just all the talk about OSU having a good pass-blocking line turned out to be true.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:48 PM ^
The B1G did everything they could to stack the deck against these guys. No head coach, no LB coach, no matter.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:49 PM ^
The refs were very fair today though.

TBF, it seems like the Partridge injury was self-inflicted. By Partridge.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:07 PM ^
It’s easy to pass block when you’re allowed to bear hug your opponent.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:16 PM ^
Looked like a combo of light box and slow to react linebacker a to me. A lot of the DL jumping a gap over and the LB not getting over to fill the vacated gap in time.
November 25th, 2023 at 7:05 PM ^
I think this was a purposeful scheme, as Michigan didn’t blitz that much. As far as I could tell, they only rushed four most of the time, and dropped their LBs into coverage. You could see evidence of that early when Michael Barrett almost picked off that pass in the first half, and when Colson was matched up on MHJ for his touchdown. For Barrett, that was a down that he would often be sent to blitz on.
November 25th, 2023 at 7:11 PM ^
michigan lacks natural pass rushers, other than maybe barrett and some DT inside. and OSU has a pretty good OL.
they sped him up a few times and ruined a few plays which is about what we should have expected. the rest of the D was good enough for the win. huge play to get in QBs face on that last pick.
what a win!
November 25th, 2023 at 3:49 PM ^
The last play Harrell caused it. Helmet on elbow.
November 25th, 2023 at 3:50 PM ^
2 picks. 1 to end the game. Fuck yeah!
November 25th, 2023 at 3:52 PM ^
Rod Moore redeems himself after being too busy waving his arms, calling the prior play incomplete, to fall on the fumble!
November 25th, 2023 at 4:15 PM ^
I agree, but I don't think he had a chance at it anyways. He was basically stopped and the ball bounced right to OSU.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:09 PM ^
In between five Michigan defenders. Wasn't easy, but they got it done.
November 25th, 2023 at 4:47 PM ^
If he had recovered it, it would have been reversed after the review, because everyone vs Michigan.
November 25th, 2023 at 5:01 PM ^
Nah, I don't think so. The refs were really fair today. It was an obvious fumble and had it been recovered by Michigan I think it would have been called that way upon review.
November 26th, 2023 at 2:25 PM ^
Came here to post this. The guys need a reminder to ALWAYS fall on the ball. Maybe he couldn't have gotten it, but at least live I thought he had the best shot had he actually went for it. And if he gets it, it's either game over, or overturned to incomplete, either of which would have been much better than what ended up happening.
Didn't matter in the end, but made things tense. Also, they probably need a reminder to keep their helmets on; with these refs, I was half expecting the interception to be overturned with the penalty remaining...
November 25th, 2023 at 3:52 PM ^
Johnson's INT may have been the difference in the game.
The unit as a whole made the critical plays at the end of the game to ice it.
They won the turn over battle. All that matters is WE WON!!!!

I don’t understand Junior on MHJ on the TD.
