I want to see Sparty get his heart ripped out and eaten in front of him. Then we can do the same to OSU and thus gain the lifeforce of both programs.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:18 PM ^
Sparty's heart is certainly going to be ripped out….
October 8th, 2022 at 5:19 PM ^
There can be only one! GO Blue!
October 8th, 2022 at 3:59 PM ^
One of our most hated rivals is guaranteed to lose today. I'll drink to that!
October 8th, 2022 at 4:00 PM ^
Watching MSU's secondary against OSU's receivers is like watching a snuff film.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:00 PM ^
OkSt-TT pretty entertaining so far too.
From early games, shocking that all of a sudden Maryland commits penalties again. 9 today.
The big is just jealous they all aren't Wolverines.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:03 PM ^
It is something to ponder and maybe for Harbaugh to address. Teams who are majorly penalized game in and game out are side key mistake free against Michigan?
October 8th, 2022 at 4:03 PM ^
Pretty sure OSU could score 100+ on MSU today lol
October 8th, 2022 at 4:05 PM ^
Also looks like a Christmas theme with all the red and green in the stands.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:09 PM ^
Are you inferring that Ryan Day might "hang 100" on Tuck?
Where have I heard this before?
October 8th, 2022 at 4:05 PM ^
Two pieces of shit face off in East Lansing.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:06 PM ^
Looks like Christmas in EL - a lot of red among the green and the empty seats.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:13 PM ^
Sparty Stadium is half OSU fans and empty seats.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:07 PM ^
Those ribbon boards above the MSU scoreboards must be really annoying to look up at for the players/coaches.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:08 PM ^
Staeeee or Death Star? 🤨🤨🤨🤨
October 8th, 2022 at 4:08 PM ^
The arm swing thing on kickoffs is fucking stupid.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:10 PM ^
This has needed to be said.
100 agree
October 8th, 2022 at 4:24 PM ^
I didn't even know that was a thing and now I can't unsee it
October 8th, 2022 at 4:10 PM ^
First three plays really demonstrated how MSU should approach this game. OSU's corners are not good, but run defense is much better now. And MSU cannot run AT ALL but does have Reed.
That said, forcing it into triple coverage is maybe a bad idea.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:10 PM ^
Sparty gon Spart
October 8th, 2022 at 4:16 PM ^
..or Shart
October 8th, 2022 at 4:10 PM ^
Tuck clappin'
October 8th, 2022 at 4:10 PM ^
Payton Thorne throws into triple coverage. lol
October 8th, 2022 at 4:11 PM ^
Thorne with the INT. Hate to see it.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:11 PM ^
Also Herbie calling an Ohio State game makes it unwatchable.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:15 PM ^
And Fowler (a Colorado grad) seems to become an OSU fan by osmosis.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:15 PM ^
Remember when he desperately wanted people to think Wisconsin has a really good defense while OSU was torching them? He’ll probably say Thorne is a Heisman candidate.
Herbie calls too many OSU games. When he starts to get giddy, it’s time to change the channel.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:18 PM ^
That’s why I watch any other game and just check on the score from time to time…who wants to sit and listen to that?
October 8th, 2022 at 4:12 PM ^
I feel like Reed has been playing for Sparty for like 8 years now!!
October 8th, 2022 at 4:13 PM ^
I'll be shocked if MSU isn't in a body bag by halftime.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:16 PM ^
OSU is trying to get too cute with all the lateral stuff. MSU can't cover anything over the top.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:16 PM ^
OSU moving the ball easily. Pretty routine touchdown drive.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:17 PM ^
Yeah that's going to happen a lot.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:17 PM ^
OSU is rolling out Stroud a lot more than last year. He sucks under pressure - as we know - and they are trying to mitigate that.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:38 PM ^
What stats are you looking at to say he sucks under pressure? Genuinely curious as his completion % vs blitz is slightly better than when not blitzed.
October 8th, 2022 at 7:00 PM ^
I think he’s looking at our game last year.
October 9th, 2022 at 11:30 AM ^
Ahh, got it. Thanks
October 8th, 2022 at 4:17 PM ^
EL looks like the stadium is 80% red.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:20 PM ^
Pitiful that those clowns let another team take over their stadium like this
October 8th, 2022 at 4:25 PM ^
It will be all red by the 3rd quarter.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:17 PM ^
... and the Sparty beating begins.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:18 PM ^
This is the most homer of broadcast crews of all-time for tOSU between Herbie and Fowler. I'm sure Staee loves hearing it
October 8th, 2022 at 4:18 PM ^
This is a win win, either see MSU''s dismal season continue to spiral or a massive upset suffered by OSU.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:19 PM ^
What else is on?
I'm off to the the "Today's Schedule of Games" thread ;)
October 8th, 2022 at 4:20 PM ^
Utah/UCLA probably the highlight.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:20 PM ^
I am going to watch until about 40-0 for the Spartan tears but honestly probably won't have to wait long.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:21 PM ^
I'm curious about Wisconsin-Northwestern. I want to see how UW responds to the coaching change.
October 8th, 2022 at 4:26 PM ^
I was curious too. So far they seem to be handling it well lol
October 8th, 2022 at 7:10 PM ^
Arizona state is winning. Seems like when a coach gets fired the players step up to prove it isn’t them. (And the interim coach has nothing to lose by taking some risks.)
October 8th, 2022 at 4:19 PM ^
Lol at the amount of red in that stadium for MSU.
