February 9th, 2022 at 5:41 PM ^
I screwed up the first one and the link and pic didn't post. You can't edit the original post unfortunately so I reposted it correctly.

i get it... double posts is part of the fun. I don't even like UM sports, i just like how double posts annoy sports fans!
None of the above is true btw

Ok boomer
February 9th, 2022 at 7:46 PM ^
Not sure I qualify for that at 40, it did however come from Ghost Recon video games as my gamer tag way back when and it's stuck since.

Ok Boomer

double post, same OP... winner. Chicken dinner!
February 9th, 2022 at 5:47 PM ^
I think it’s spelled “Foote”
February 9th, 2022 at 5:55 PM ^
Minter looks more like a tennis coach. Newsome looks like a football coach.
Kidding aside...Minter certainly has the credentials. And he knows and coaches the defense Macdonald installed last year so hopefully little in the way of transition costs. Fingers crossed.
February 9th, 2022 at 5:58 PM ^
Minter is holding a football. I have never seen a tennis coach do that!
February 17th, 2022 at 10:19 AM ^
Maybe he doubles (pun intended) as a tennis coach somewhere.

FauxMo mentions a Disney movie. DIS is up 12 percent with AHs trading. Coincidence? I think not

Sewer clowns usually have strong investment portolios.
February 9th, 2022 at 5:56 PM ^
Not really sure how any can be *excited* about this hire. Kinda screams desperation to me. All I can do is HOPE he ends up being what we need.
One of the best Universities in THE WORLD, and zero WOW factor. :(
February 9th, 2022 at 5:59 PM ^
Your take is fantastically negative to begin with, but the way you selectively CAPITALIZE certain WORDS but not OTHERS really brings your negativity home...
February 9th, 2022 at 6:00 PM ^
Troll gonna troll... Since when did WOW factor win games???
Horrible take
February 9th, 2022 at 6:10 PM ^
Ceal, who should Harbaugh have hired?
February 9th, 2022 at 7:15 PM ^
Seal, of course.
February 9th, 2022 at 6:26 PM ^
Please read Seth's piece about this hire then tell us about how it screams desperation.
February 9th, 2022 at 6:28 PM ^
RichRod certainly had WOW factor going for him....
February 9th, 2022 at 7:43 PM ^
And that’s the problem with posters on here. Everything is based on hype, which is a personal pet peeve of mine.
February 10th, 2022 at 8:14 AM ^
And remember that Doug guy? Stealing Alabama's OC, WOW!
Edit: sorry, I used lower case for wow originally. What was I thinking?
February 9th, 2022 at 6:28 PM ^
I suspect that Coach Harbaugh is much more concerned with a coaching staff that can win games than a coaching staff that wows you
February 9th, 2022 at 6:29 PM ^
Not SURE which IS worse, YOUR overly NEGATIVE take OR your RANDOM use OF all CAPS
February 9th, 2022 at 6:31 PM ^
Michigan zeroed in on a couple of select people. This was not a multiple swing and miss situation. Minter was a top choice because of his ability to run our current defense, and to recruit. Going young and hungry seems to be working. This was the right approach.
February 9th, 2022 at 6:46 PM ^
Look at what he did with Georgia State and maybe that will change your small mind.
February 9th, 2022 at 7:13 PM ^
Mod ban sparty please.
February 9th, 2022 at 8:21 PM ^
I also want to reply to the troll!
February 9th, 2022 at 9:15 PM ^
Why do you feel the need to share your DRAMATICALLY NEGATIVE view?
February 9th, 2022 at 9:19 PM ^
Hi Dave.
February 9th, 2022 at 10:55 PM ^
Hiring McDonald for the DC position had no wow factor, and that worked out rather well last year. Your "reasoning" is suspect.
February 9th, 2022 at 11:25 PM ^
You guys all suck….but I’m not gonna tell you why. I’m just gonna say it like it’s fact.
February 9th, 2022 at 5:57 PM ^
Holding the ball high and tight. Solid fundamentals, there. My uneasiness has been assuaged.
February 9th, 2022 at 5:59 PM ^
Double your pleasure double your fun with Double Minter gum
February 9th, 2022 at 6:20 PM ^
Defensive coordinators shouldn't smile
February 9th, 2022 at 6:30 PM ^
Wow - the speed of the internet never fails to amaze me.
Now, having seen this picture, I assume Minter has a very long pony tail.

Business in the FRONT, party in the BACK. It’s not a haircut, it’s a LIFESTYLE .
February 9th, 2022 at 7:32 PM ^
All the gingers on the board will say he knows nothing but we know better.
February 9th, 2022 at 10:47 PM ^
Minter did not refuse the call!
February 9th, 2022 at 6:31 PM ^
You Don't Say
February 9th, 2022 at 6:34 PM ^
So nice we announced it twice.
February 9th, 2022 at 6:44 PM ^
Some of these moves pique my interest. Elston as recruiting coordinator? Clink not passing game coordinator but co-defensive coordinator? A way of getting these guys more money perhaps? After reading about Minter this hire reminds me slightly of Pete Golding at Alabama. Only difference being Minter has spent time in the pros, but Golding is on the staff of a guy by the name of Saban so that's basically the same thing (/s sort of).
Edit* Nevermind on Clink, his was earned per his contract. My memory failed me on that.
February 9th, 2022 at 7:05 PM ^
Elston was recruiting coordinator for Brian Kelly previously.
February 9th, 2022 at 7:49 PM ^
What piqued my interest about that was that I thought thats what Albert Karschnia did. All the similar but different titles confuse me sometimes. Harbaugh hasn't had a coach/recruiting coordinator since he's been here. Not sure about his Stanford/San Diego days. Just interested me is all.
February 9th, 2022 at 7:06 PM ^
He coached secondary and so does Clink and Jaybaugh moving to safeties, so that should assuage any fears of Jay coaching positions he doesn't know since he'll be getting plenty of help.
February 9th, 2022 at 7:12 PM ^
Nice to see the DC holding the football. Hope these means we’ll be seeing a lot of sideline pics of our D with the ball this fall!
February 9th, 2022 at 7:12 PM ^
Can this really be official? I only see one Jumpman logo. Usually there are three on the official photos, no?
