Also, if we claim that we are amazing at developing players and others are not... then we can't judge the players poor output/result only on these players "sucking"... its probably a combo of players not living up to hype and not being developed, but to assume its because they all suck seems kinda ridiculous

I went to Fenway a couple years ago too see them play the Yankees. Cool experience but awful by today's standards. Getting there and in was a challenge and if you're claustrophobic, that "concourse" is brutal. But still a cool experience to see it

Forcing people to use online ordering when there is no line and then you stand there forever waiting... plus the quality of the food really went away from local to basically Aramark.

Sorry - Egbuka has all the intangibles, but he's soft. We F him up every time, and he tags out. He drops catchable passes under the threat of getting crushed (and then very often we crush him).

QBs and weapons rule the early picks. Also, its impossible to predict these things given the many athletes out there. He also needs to stay healthy.
Two top 5 picks would be crazy - but also... kinda speaks to the level of talent we'll be losing. Hope some guys can wait their turn and LEARN from these guys.
Luka is 25 years old and arguably top 3 in the league. He's made Irving the psycho serviceable. He's coming into his prime and wins with average talent around him.

As a Celtics fan, I'll say that game 4 will tell me a lot. Miami should be put down and out. If they screw around, like they have the past few years and play 6-7 games with this mediocre team with a ton of injuries... Then I expect the same outcome. Miami tried to scrap last night and Boston didn't take the bait. Just kept putting up points
Indiana is a fun team to watch.
Lakers should be done. Denver is a machine.
Philly/NY is the most compelling series I think.
Westbrook, Leonard and George are well past their prime. Only Leonard ever won anything. Harden is also there to make sure they underachieve. Nothing about that team says winner.
Watching jokic and doncic play is like watching JV vs varsity. They're at another level.

I also think it's crazy how few of our lineman are the athletes at the next level, despite their dominance in college. Two Penn State guys went before any of ours. And yet psu on offense is a clown show
I'm sure this sucks but it's just become the standard now. Just expect 10-20 players to leave a year. Sucks for the continuance of the product and seeing players develop in your program, but it's where we are.
You didn't want to not lose players. You just want to lose fewer good ones and find better ones out there.
