Seeing Higdon running away from a defense last week was something we haven't seen since Denard. Really hope they give him 20-25 carries to give him that chance to house it. Penn State's secondary was coming down hard on Wadley but if you do manage to get through the safeties their corners aren't going to catch him. Please be the O line we saw against IU.

- How will O'korn respond on the road at night against a team he grew up idolizing?
- How well can we contain McSorley in the pocket. Watching the IU and Iowa games if you key on Barkley, McSorley will beat you with his legs. We are succeptible to getting beat for chunks on QB runs due to our press man.
- Already mentioned....Refs. Whens' the last time we went to Penn State and had an evenly called game?
The numbers look very interesting. Here's to hoping our offense has a pulse and Nordin drills 4-5 field goals to get us some points.

But again, at face value, what has the kid really shown the public in regards to Michigan? Appreciate the direct attack at me for giving my opinion on the subject too. How dare I look at his recruitment without maize glasses on and share my opinion.
Everyone that is overly optimistic about Solomon are the same ones that are still wondering when Najee is going to land in Michigan to start classes. The kid shared his feelings around a group of commits at an invite-only game which happened to get posted in social media. To think he's serious about Michigan at this point is laughable. Move on.
Perhaps the kid doesnt feel like he has to tell anyone what hes doing. Maybe he isnt clearing the air because there is no reason to. The kid is so humble that this could be him just doing his thing. That is the only thing that anyone is certain about. The kid is humble.
I'm with Blueph on this one. There's nothing that truly points to him coming to Michigan. He's been a commit for over a year. He's a high character kid that likes Harbaugh but something made him choose Alabama in the first place. You assume he's going to Bama. Then, if he really does flip, you're ecstatic. You do it the other way around....some people are going to lose their shit and get all huffy puffy about an 18 yr old and how he lead us on.
I think the biggest gain from them is the potential for getting in early on a prospect down the road. Harbaugh is going after power house schools in each region to win over the high school coaches. Once he's done that, I think he'll get more information from these coaches BEFORE scouting services are all over them and other D1 programs come knocking on the door. Doesnt hurt for finding some great coaching talent too.
At the end, I just realized that Peppers only had one returned touchdown in his career at Michigan. So many close calls and many unreal returns that didn't quite get home. I'd love to see him add another one before he leaves.

The last few games our LBs are getting beat bad in coverage and to see them on skates in the Iowa game adds to the already glaring weakness. I too have thrown things at the tv when Gedeon gets matched up with a RB out of the backfield wondering why the hell Peppers isnt covering out ot of the backfield. It just seems between McCray and Gedeon that there's a 1/2 step slow to the outside play or RB quick pitch plays. I think the issue is fatigue and I think Indiana will get yards because of it. LB depth is not good and that shows the more ground those two guys have to cover as the game goes on. We just need more bodies at the position.
Let that sink in. 6 games into his freshman year the #1 recruit (and by many viewed as one of the most college ready d-line guys to come out of high school) is coming in off the bench for this team. That's.......AWESOME!

I like to play the game called "Find what's broken in my house now" after my in-laws leave. And I wish so bad that I could blame it on the kids when they stay but really, it's just one kid. For the life of me cant figure out how hard it is to say, hey I noticed such and such is not working right instead of letting me find a pool of water on my bathroom floor....after you showered and water was spraying the entire bathroom.

I rolled my car coming back from college when i was 20. Was about a mile from my house when coming out of a curve on a single lane road I reached down to pick up mail that was on the passenger floorboard. Not sure why I felt the need to get it then but before I knew it, my right side tires were off the road on the right and in gravel. I jerked the wheel back to the left and entered the ditch on the opposite side. Being 20 and stupid, instead of just slowing down and driving out of the ditch, I tried to drive out of it still doing 40. Both tires blew out on the right and i rolled over 3 times. Came to a stop and climbed out of the car when it was upside down. Driver side hood was fine. Passenger side was touching the top of the car door. AND I wasnt wearing my seatbelt. Walked away with an inch gash in my left arm and some cuts from broken glass on my back.....so.....yeah.
I honestly think how we close the 2017 class at WR may seal Ahmir's fate. If we get both DPJ and Nico Collins, it will be impossible to see Mitchell at WR especially if he redshirts this year. One of those two recruits is likely to step into an outside WR spot from day 1.

Graduated 2 years later and have had an IT job for the last 12 years working for a large pharmacy. I wake up every day thinking I made the wrong choice. I go to bed knowing I did. Serious question. Will Mo Hurst be able to play more snaps now that Henry is moving on? Being that his main attribute is the quick first step like Henry, I would think you wouldn't want to throw more on him than he had last year to preserve that quickness off the ball. Maybe that's where Gary gets snaps as well?

On top of that, Im positive the NCAA wont do anything about it but I could see this really impacting our recruiting of other high profile recruits down the road. Coaches are going to use this against us for years to come. This is one of those things thats best left to the recruit or family to air out.

Here's the nations #1 recruit announcing on live TV and it seemed like they just found out that someone close in the family died. It was very.....weird.
That was supposed to be a day where all the pressure was off his shoulders and you could just tell the kid was shaken. If you go back to all the interviews that he's done over the last year with all the attention he's garnered, he never showed signs of being easily rattled. I feel bad for the kid being put in that position in the first place. All makes sense now.
