Certain parts were…

Just finished. I'd say certain parts were frustrating to watch but overall it was worth watching.

I do think it portrayed MSU a bit more positively. It heavily pushed Michigan's arrogance stereotype and ignored everything before 2007 besides MSU's cinderella moments... The second half was more fair than the first at least.

Loved the interviews though. Was awesome hearing from Beilein, Carr, Long, and Gardner.

Because lets hypothetically…

Because lets hypothetically say Michigan Football's average ACT were a 26 - an average that would be 2.8 points higher than OSU.

Articles would be FAR more likely produced talking about how awful it is that Michigan Football team's average ACT is a full 7 points below the average for the university (2019 class has a mid 50 percentile of 32 - 35).

It would have a much higher chance of being used to portray the University negatively than positively. People love outrage articles about Michigan football and this would just add the the pile of content.

I think we did need a new…

I think we did need a new offensive scheme. I think the failure against Wisconsin is a combination of Gattis/Harbs, awful O-Line, and Charbonnet being out.

Our offense has been holding us back and failing to live up to its talent for 4 years now. Hopefully Gattis / Harbaugh can pull it together before ND / MSU...

I thought they were soft…

I thought they were soft throughout the 3rd quarter. Looked like they'd given up.

Incredibly impressed by the perseverance of a few players though (namely DPJ, Tarik, Collins, few players on defense). Can't be easy to keep at it when the game is completely lost.

We were just completely out coached and out played.

Why does this hypothetical…

Why does this hypothetical trash keep getting repeated?

It's not happening, nor should it. But OSU fans just eat these posts up to laugh about how some Michigan fans want this to happen. Fuck off.

This is just a completely…

This is just a completely fake picture posted by a parody account.

Posted the reasons why its obvious in the Michigan Wolverines subreddit...

IMO this goes beyond parody by making it deceptively real. There's a reason no real parody accounts would ever post things this deceiving. I think posts like this are harassment and I reported the original twitter account (cfbquotes) and would encourage others to as well.

This was scheduled just…

This was scheduled just after the 2016 season when Army had gone 22-51 the previous 6 seasons. It was probably assumed to be a cupcake that would get pretty solid publicity because everyone loves to watch armed forces games.

Not their fault Army turned out to be worrisome the last two seasons.

I just close my eyes until Michigan Basketball is placed in front of me. The bad man can't hurt me if I temporarily pretend they don't exist.

It's just a mile run once…

It's just a mile run once per week... I don't know why this would be a big deal. It's 7 minutes of their week compared to 20+ hours conditioning in other ways.

I mean it was started by…

I mean it was started by real reports, articles, and predictions (one made by an OSU insider).

Probably all based on a single false rumor, or baseless attempts to get clicks.

I mean, I'm pretty sure they…

I mean, I'm pretty sure they explained during the week of PSU that they thought their model was off for that game.

You're right that no model is perfect, but I'm sure their model is probably better than looking at raw stats. Maybe it's not, I don't know.

Good listen.

I thought this one was good: Michigan vs Ohio State THE GAME [2018] Hype

The music gets over-the-top by the end though.

This shouldn't even be a…

This shouldn't even be a discussion.

The CFB Playoffs is about putting the four most deserving teams. What makes a deserving team? Obviously one is playing extremely well. But winning also matters. You can be the greatest team in college football, but if you can't close out your must-win games, you don't deserve to go.

ND beat us when it mattered, and will (likely) go undefeated. They're in.

The real discussion is if undefeated Michigan should go above Alabama if Alabama loses to Georgia. I think yes.

I agree with you, especially…

I agree with you, especially that rivalries aren't just decided. They have to be grow and build up over time.

Give it 5+ more years and a few more painful white-out games, then maybe the rivalry will grow. It'll take MANY years before they feel like a bigger rival than ND though.

They played the Zombie…

They played the Zombie Nation theme twice to mock Penn State. The first time was in the first half and everyone in my section (student section) chanted "We're Not Penn State". Maybe others did something else.

Second time they played it was either late in the third or 4th quarter and everyone in the student section chanted,  "We Fucked Penn State".

I wish they would post more…

I wish they would make their models' predictions public to see how accurate it is across the board.  IMO they give PSU's offense too much credit; I doubt they get more than a couple big plays off against Don Browns defense.

And I disagree that the Big House won't be amped up. We won't be as loud as PSU for white-out games, but if you sit lower in the bowl you feel the energy as much as at any other stadium. Also, our home-field advantage is historically high.

Overall I definitely enjoy listening to their analysis videos; hopefully they keep making them for Michigan games

I sat with friends for the 2016 Michigan vs MSU game in the MSU student section.

* Traffic on game day - not bad. Taking the highway from AA to EL is easy and we didn't run into any traffic until we got off the highway.

* Are the fans bad? Not really. Large groups sometimes heckle you as you walk to the stadium, but I experienced nothing more. In the stadium was a bit different. The people around me in the first quarter would boo at me whenever I cheered. Granted, I was in the student section. They stopped pretty quickly though, and overall I had a good time (plus the W)

* I would say section 120 is probably fine. That's about where I was in the student section. If your seat is closer to the front, I think you'll enjoy it

Maybe check out the…

Maybe check out the childrens museum (hands on museum), walk down main street, walk around campus, etc. It's a 3:30 game so you'll have a long day ahead of you if you get to AA early in the day.

Lost a lot of territory to

Lost a lot of territory to OSU. We need to cluster more in in the north.

Losing Ground

We are losing some ground to OSU. We need to get some of those back so we can form a cluster and we won't have to defend territory in the middle.

Info and strategy here.
