I checked this thread earlier and I could swear that reply wasn’t to you but was to a comment that wrote off the response to shemy as people being too overly sensitive and “woke” and implied that he didn’t deserve to lose his job. Then the troll was caved and now it looks like the reply was to you.
Happens with around 6:10 left in the 3rd for anyone looking for it.
Definitely looks like at least #34 was expecting a fake. He looks around after the ball goes past him shrugging like wtf just happened??? I remember seeing this live and wondering what he could possibly be confused about and that would help explain it. Could be that the 4th & 6 was supposed to be the fake and then the upbacks didn’t get the memo that it was a normal punt after the penalty.
That block by Zinter had me actually laughing. He latches on and looks around like “I got him guys… where do you want him? Left? Right? He’s pretty small I can pretty much put him anywh- oh there you are Stokes. K I’ll just keep him here.”
Yep, that looks like UConn. The original tweet also had a reply with the G5. Hawaii and CSU both look middling-to-bad defensively and really bad offensovely.
My main memory of Owen Nolan is calling his shot and scoring on a breakaway in the All-Star game, and the interview with Hasek later where he had no clue that’s what Nolan was trying to do. Back when I actually watched ASGs.
I read this title at least 5 times and the summary another 2-3 before I realized it should say “event” in the title instead of “even”.
EDIT: The only thing more confusing was seeing a headline after the game stating Iowa’s defense outscored the offense in a 7-3 game that included no pick-6’s or scoop & scores… until I realized there were 2 safeties involved. Certainly pinnacle Iowa.
