Can we NIL Dylan Duke for…

Can we NIL Dylan Duke for him to stay forever. Possibly my favorite player.

I think it might just be…

I think it might just be YouTube itself. It always wants to go to where one last stopped watching the video. Normally a good feature for a long video if you're watching straight through and have to take a break. Not so much for the purpose of this column.

Certainly UMass can afford…

Certainly UMass can afford better lighting in the rink? It looks like this game is being played in 1982.

No refs to be swayed, but…

No refs to be swayed, but the golfers are definitely motivated by home crowds. And if home golfers can be motivated, surely away golfers can be intimidated.

RE: the course: The DP World (European) Tour adds the chosen course to their tournament rota the few years before, allowing guys to get actual tournament reps at the course instead of just practice rounds. Also, there is quite a lot of course manipulation by the home teams. Historically, US players hit the ball longer but much more offline, so the fairways are narrowed, the rough is grown tall and thick, and the greens are slowed down from what the players are used to in the US.

There isn't one thing to point to as to why the US hasn't won in Europe in 30 years, but lots of individual reasons in each year, that I think add up to an overall down streak. And with each loss, the pressure grows, making the win that much harder to acquire. Kind of similar to how The Game went for Michigan for the first 20 years this century.

Despite many years of…

Despite many years of watching muppets on this site (and 20 years of having a MMB CD) it was only recently I realized that Hawaiian War Chant is the same tune Timon and Pumbaa use for their incredible distraction of the hyenas in The Lion King. Naturally, it makes each muppets that much more pleasant.

It's been so fun to watch this team in their last four games. Got two more! Go Blue!

Had to figure that…

Had to figure that eventually this high octane offense would get stifled by a defensive juggernaut such as...

...Penn St...?

Per usual, way more thorough than we actually deserve; great stuff.

Would it be possible to turn off auto-play on gifs? If I'm an idiot and have to do it myself somewhere please let me know, but on Seth's gifs in UFR they don't auto-play for me. Thanks!

Saw that goal coming…

Saw that goal coming immediately. All four guys standing in the corner on the PK. Too much of that random braindead stuff this season.

Are there any defensive D…

Are there any defensive D-men on this team? So much talk about the skill and points created but are any of those guys able to keep opposing players in front of them, make the right passes, clear the trash out from in front of the net, etc.? The offensive skill on this team doesn't work very well against good teams and the D can't even keep them in low-scoring affairs.

Each successive time the…

Each successive time the screen grab of the intentional grounding was posted, I laughed even harder. 53 with his hands actually in his pockets ended me.

While I support keeping it…

While I support keeping it mostly the same, I feel like there's going to be a dearth of information because of the lack of meeting time for the team. Whatever gets written won't have as much depth as before, through no fault of the authors.

I would say make it as similar to previous years as possible but add some new things to fill it out. I like the idea of favorite games/players. What about a section going over the best and worst HTTV predictions since its inception? Small segments of basketball and hockey wouldn't be the worst thing, either.

And since we're throwing out ideas...what about UFRs of the osu games? At least from the Harbaugh era. Probably not a great print feature but could be a PDF bonus for pre-order? It'd be nice to see the full analysis for once.

The Monstars

Webster? Are you forgetting that the point guard whose talent they stole was Muggsy Bogues? Your proposed lineup for next year is actually the Monstars with no substitutions needed
