Will Michigan break the record for players drafted in a single year?
The record is 15 by Georgia in 2022. I say yes. JH will push us over if needed. Here is who I got. This puts us at 16. Anyone here not getting drafted? Anyone im missing? Correct me where I am wrong.
McCarthy
Wilson
Corum
Mikey
Zinter
Barrett
Wallace
McGregor
Jenkins
Colson

Agreed. I think Trente should've been a starter this past season but, it all worked out so just ignore what I think.

In terms of draft pick value. I think Trente and Barrett could be absolute steals.

If some of these guys look like they might miss being drafted, can they return?

If they've already signed with agents, their college careers are over, regardless of where they might go in the draft.

Don't (some) kids use agents for their NIL deals now?

No. Someone is bound to slip and go undrafted, and there is little margin for error given we only have 18 prospects to choose from (OP left out Jaylen Harrell and Cam Goode). Someone might get injured during the draft evaluation process and slip out. At least one of those offensive linemen are probably going to go undrafted especially because most of them project to interior line. Mike Barrett and Josh Wallace would have to blow up or kill the combine to overcome their measurables as they are both small for their position. Not helpful that some of the players are missing the Senior Bowl due to injury (Barrett, Sainristil, and possibly Keegan now too).

Eh, I think the size requirement for LB's has shifted some in the NFL due to the pass offenses becoming the focal point of the game. Teams really like LB's who can move well in coverage nowadays and Barrett fits that bill.

Jaylen Harrell?
BTW I just took a look at the CBS Sports top 250: had 12 Michigan players. (And zero for MSU)

Thank you, I was about to post this myself. Harrell and Henderson will both certainly be drafted.

Yes, Michigan will break the record.
Michigan had the most talented team in all of college football last season, and one of the most talents in all of college football over the past 10 years.

I take all pre-draft talk with a grain of salt, alot of poor mouthing players to make their stock fall and low balling hoping they fall to you at the price you want.

You are missing. Sainrilsrill. Goode , Henderson and Harrell are all 100% getting drafted. Then you have guys like James Turner (kicker). That had a very good college career and German Green (CB ) passed on depth chart by Will Johnson .. German has NFL size 6”2 195. These guys will either be picked late or get a free agent call

Add Henderson, Harrell, and Goode to the OP's list, making 19 entries.
There are 259 picks.
This site has 14 of the 19 in the top 259,
with Cornelius Johnson at 347,
and Jones, Barnhart, Wallace, and Goode not listed.

(I'm going for convenience/readability over any notion of expertise.)
I think Jones' play at the end of the year gets him drafted.
Also, I find this second site to be helpful to scan the 2023 depth chart

Not likely, BUT, keep in mind that, unless there are trades made that cause the Chargers to lose the last pick in the 2024 draft, there's a possibility that a Michigan player will become this year's Mr. Irrelevant.

They'll come close but just short, just like JT actually was!
