What happened to Corum

He was out injured for a series in the first half.  They said he insisted on coming back in after he got “smashed”. Then, at the end of the game he had all that blood on his nose.  Did anyone see the play?

Like I said...this team has a chance to accomplish a legendary status that goes beyond even wins and losses.

This team has a chance to live forever.

Just win.

Stay focused. Keep working. Keep getting better. Win your next 3 games and you get to stare the commish dead in his eyes (or walk off the stage as he begins talking)...this team can be the standard.

Just Win.

The look of a man who will put it all on the line to bring a CFP trophy home to Ann Arbor.

No matter what happens from here on out, Michigan is so lucky to have a man like Blake Corum rep the Maize and Blue. He still has a chance to,go down as one of the best to EVER do it here.

I’m betting Hart is begging for that to happen.

On his production: They ran the ball 30+ times in a row, so it paid off. It’s still there, it just takes about 10 no gains to tire the front out enough to break one.

Made a thing for phones. I'll work on some more stuff for desktop backgrounds soon. Been in retirement for a while on this, but if there is an appetite for wallpapers, I will unretire for the cause.

Having studied the game again watching for blood on Corum’s face, it does NOT appear to happen in the first half as suggested by Charles Woodson and others. The blood appears on the cheek after the second and goal play with 5:07 left in the third quarter, just before the field goal to make it 17-9.

When he gets up from that play with 4:55 to go, you see fresh blood on his cheek. On the play, there’s some Penn State dudes trying to rip the ball and I’d theorize they raked his face on that play.

Whatever happened he looked like an absolute warrior in the post game press room. Spends the first few minutes with blood all over his face. Wipes a bit from his cheek, looks at it unfazed, wipes it on his pants, and continues the presser. Too bad by this time next year he'll be playing in a soul sucking league where the love for the game goes to die.
