In preparation for the podcast dropping tomorrow, post your hottest takes from The Game yesterday.

I’ll go first.

Ryan Day doubled down on his strategy of getting the ball back by letting Donovan Edwards run 75 and 85 yards for touchdowns.

My hottest take:

JJ McCarthy is actually genetically modified human created in a lab from the future using the DNA of Jim (Joseph) Harbaugh and an actual Wolverine sent back in time to destroy the Buckeyes.

Hot takes?

Corum comes back next year after getting a monster NIL deal to stay.

Ryan Day gets an NFL coaching job offer and takes it.

OSU has some excuse that comes out over the next few days.

Sherrone Moore and Mike Harts' names get floated around for mid-level HC jobs(They don't take it).

Cade transfers to a big-name school and plays extremely well wherever he ends up.

JH signs a monster extension, but the NFL rumors start up again because when don't they.

We have several transfers, both those leaving (those who haven't played, or haven't played much)and those coming (Transfer QB in place of Bowman).

We land Davis in 2024 and Underwood in 2025(Top recruit in Michigan, QB) and have consistent QB playmakers for the next SEVERAL years making the first years of JH worth it.

Stroud actually ends up being a good NFL QB.

Fickel gets 1 of the current bigger names on the OSU staff to join him at Wisconsin that he coached with when Fickel was there(Tony Alford, Larry Johnson) and makes a push to get Hartline over there in an attempt to boost recruiting.

My hottest take is that OSU punted 3 times in the 2nd half in situations they should have went for it, and it had a profound impact on the game. I won't say it cost them the game, because the physical domination in the 2nd half was obvious, but it makes you wonder. OSU coaching does not match its talent. We are lucky to have the staff we have at UM.

If Harbaugh can capitalize the landscape is absolutely perfect for Michigan to slide right in next to Georgia as one of the top two in CFB for the next decade.

OSU stuck with Day for at least another season or two, could even enter a carousel if they can't get the culture right. Tucker and Franklin inspire in no fear. ND not looking hot, Bama looking mortal the last few years, M/OSU flipping. Just a lot of stars aligning for Michigan to potentially have a historic several years.

I think the two big contenders to fill that spot are going to be USC and LSU, lets hope they get eviscerated in the next few games.
