I'm endlessly staring at Kenpom.com and trying to figure out how it can be so damn on-the-money with Villanova (#1), but be so off base on Virginia (#2, pre-tourny #1)

... and sort of right on Duke (#3), but so off on Cinci (#4).

It's like I'm trying to decide if I believe in God or not ...

but this tax return has two like-kind exchanges that extended into 2018 so none of this shit ties out and I don't have a clean set of financial statements to review so needless to say I have hit a wall and will probably crack a beer in about an hour.

If Michigan wins, my 7 year old daughter wins our big bracket tournament challenge I run with family and friends.  I did not help her fill out her bracket and she got 3 of the 4 final fours correct.  She has Michigan over Villanova in the finals.

She said to me she wants to buy roller blades if she wins the money.  I told her she might be able to buy a little bit more than that, but Michigan has to win first.  Please Michigan don't let my 7 year old daughter down tonight!  Go Blue! Win The Game!

Photo is bad, but I can assure you that one of the people in both photos is me.  We weren't trying to destroy anything, just wanted to get above it all until the awning collapsed.  Lucky nobody was hurt - and lucky nobody ID-ed us as they wanted to bill for damages.

will busy myself with the kids, do chores, maybe try a nap.  but then...game time.   oldest daughter was due to go back to school (college) today but she wants to stay home to watch the game with us all.  we have a foot of snow due, starting late tonight.  its all good.

Holy shit, I've done nothing all day! At least now, I get to head home to hang out and play with my dog before heading out for tonight, FOUR MORE HOURS!!!

I was actually getting a lot of work done until I came here and read this thread - now I'm starting to freak out a little. Holy cow - we got a shot to win it all! Now that it's really sinking in - I'm not going to get anything else done!

Also - I'm in Nashville right now - and I'm seeing people wearing Michigan gear everywhere. And it just dawned on me - anybody in the world who owns any Michigan gear is going to be wearing it today. That's just awesome!

Held out as long as I could.  Client in the office next to me talking to partner but I cracked a beer anyway.  Quasi-beer since it's Coors Light but nonetheless the nerves were starting to take over and I'm not getting shit done so may as well get ready.

I might tie some flies. 

The game does not start until 9:20 PM EST, there will be a ton of commercials during it, and I'll be back on here after the game no matter what.

I'm definitely taking a nap.

Trying to draft an arbitration brief, intermittently succeeding.  Mostly, I'm refreshing MGoBlog, ESPN, and CBS (the latter two to hate read the Villanova love fest and coronation).
