This roster is so bad. We have Dug and a bunch of 4th or 5th options on offense. Defense is disjointed and janky.

At least Juwan had experience under Spoelstra ... On paper, he should be much better than Hoke.
There is a tiny sliver of me that is holding out hope that Juwan is adjusting to the Portal era, but it's on life support to say the least

That is funny. Sadly, missing the game may be better for your overall health. Although, I think we’ve got them right where we want them with the Hoosiers only shooting 75%. Meanwhile, we have rocket it up to 28%. They are in trouble now!

I’ve actually followed the ESPN game cast for the last several games. It’s been much easier on me to not watching the games derail at the end live. I don’t have Peacock and I’m not paying for it so I don’t have a choice tonight but to do that.

i find that keeping track of games on 'gametracker' is good for teams that stink - which appears to be our team this year. shame, too. early hope in those first few games has drifted into

Not sure how you could watch Jett lazily walk around the court and fall asleep on defense and not expect an upgrade. Had all the talent in the world, and yet the team was markedly worse when he was on the court than off it.
Hunter is a really good offensive college player, but when he’s on the court with cheddar, jett and twill his defensive shortcomings were too much to overcome.
Bufkin’s a loss, though
Edit: should clarify that in no way am i saying Reed is a better player than Hunter. Just that i expected the defense to be much better with Reed at the 5. Clearly was wrong about that

To be fair, the losses have been generally quite entertaining. Just incredibly hard to watch given that we don't play any defense.

Our defense is terrible - no doubt - but some shots our opponents seem to make against us are just crazy. I mean seriously - we clearly made a deal to give up having an elite basketball program to have an elite football program.
