UGA student group Xing out "M" on campus

There is nothing sadder than copying off of OSU students.

Kind of weird for them to adopt The Main Enemy's customs when Michigan and Georgia football have zero history with each other in the modern CFP era.  Usually with top-tier non-conference opponents with whom we do not have history, there is mutual respect going into the game.  This is especially awkward because, unlike UGA, Michigan actually beat its bugaboo this year with authority, while UGA choked away a 10-point lead against theirs.  

I also don't understand the line for this game at UGA -7 to -9.  In retrospect, UGA played one legitimate top-10 team this year and got housed.  They played in the SEC LEast which was weak sauce compared to Michigan's B1G East schedule and whom we played out of the B1G West.  

But, whatever, just piss us off and give use some of this positive rat poison and let's see how it goes for UGA on 12/31.

I'll go against the grain here: honestly, if it works for them then they should do it. If crossing out every G across Ann Arbor gives Michigan a better shot to win, makes them more motivated, more focused, etc., then do it. 

Is it a little juvenile? Yeah probably. But when it comes to winning and losing, I hope the team does whatever it takes to put itself in the best possible position to win. So if that's part of what they have to do, if it somehow helps, then shit man......do it. 

So we decided the best way to move on was to focus on Michigan and we thought it would be cool if we changed out the M's on campus to X's like Ohio State does.

Translation: We're unoriginal so we stole OSU's ridiculously stupid idea. 

Well, they lost the Civil War, so fuck 'em.
