I put this in another thread but it's obviously more appropriate here:

What's he going to blame this on? Stock market? Someone in the crowd sneezing? The failure of AltaVista?

I rolled through RCMB to get my fill of schadenfreude and came across an amazing troll thread titled "We need to slap the floor more." Here is the op... I feel that if we had more floor slapping, there is no way we lose today. I only remember seeing a handful of floor slaps, and only one quad-slap. That is an issue Izzo needs to answer the tough questions about the lack of floor slapping, and the team leaders need to be held accountable for not orchestrating whole team floor slaps.

“I don’t want to complain about the officials, but it’s hard to win a game in the Big Ten when you only shoot ten free throws.”

we have 4 losses and 2 of them are to a much better Michigan team and I hate that fact"

Izzo is a douche, a lying one but if he made that comment he would be telling the truth

basketball that got us here, I don't know what to tell you. You all saw that game. You judge the calls for yourself, but I'm not going to blame the officiating. But, geez, when Miles Bridges gets manhandled and then fouls out of the game, that's just unheard of. But I'm not going to blame the officiating.

Tom " I'll do anything for a win" Izzo will come up with ever excuse he can think of to minimize this teams loss to Michigan will be seen as the A&@ he is. His best coaching days are behind hm. Hahahahaha!

He'll blame distractions, which are other people's fault in his mind--but he will say they didn't do a good job not letting the accusations get to them.

“bridges’ head just hasn’t been in the game since he had to give back the $40. well, he doesn’t really care about the $40 but is really worried about having to pay the rest back”

ESPN's media hit job Even the Federal Government (FBI) is against us. How dare they published confirmed documented tidbits of us paying $$$$$ to players or bartering with sports agents for recruits.... What happened to the good ole days when I could anything and no one questioned me.....

"I don't want to make excuses, but a lot of our guys have been playing through a bit of the flu and it's just tough when you don't have as much energy as you could, and then when you get a few calls going against you, it's tough, but we've got to learn to be tough and you know, all you guys in the media are giving us distractions with this other stuff off the court, you know that's tough, but as a player you've just to got to be tough.  And then when you're playing freshmen against their seniors, you've just got to be tough."

This one is on me. But..... Players didn't execute. We didn't rebound better. We needed to be tough. Too many fouls. Our players looked sluggish. But I own up to this game.

"My team is only going to answer questions about basketball, ok? Specifically basketball questions from the ranges of November 10, 2017 to January 12, 2018 or January 19- March 2, 2018."
