Per Mgopioneer's post yesterday, I followed up with my pledge to donate the score to the Univ of Iowa's children's hospital. Taking a page from OSU's book to the ChadTough foundation last week...

Not everyone has 40 dollars to donate, especially during the holiday season where money gets tight, so if they can only donate 3.42 because it won't break their budget they don't need to be shamed by you.   Its a nice thing you posted and definitely a worthy cause, but why follow it up with being an ass.

If you can only donate 2 bucks, then donate 2 bucks and know that every penny is going to a worthy cause.

$42.30 deposited today. I gave to further the excellence of the nurses who take care of the kids.

We're not going too far without a solid Nursing staff, like good coordinators on a football team.

$42.03 donated.

It looks like the Children's Hospital isn't among their quick selection options; I only saw: (1) general fund; (2) graduate education; (3) nursing excellence. I went with the general fund, but I think you can still earmark it for the Children's Hospital with a couple more clicks. I figured they wanted the money elsewhere if they were displaying it like that.

Good idea, OP.

I've been a long time reader of the blog and the board, a longtime sufferer of BPONE, but I've never created an account until reading this thread. $42.03 donation made! Thanks to all who have done this, and thanks to our adversaries in Columbus who have donated to Chadtough.
