This should be a good one tonight.  Rooting for the (my) local team.  Go Hawks!

*Iowa will be a scary game this coming Sunday in Iowa City.

Iowa looms as a large game on Sunday. They look awfully good early against Sparty. A signature conference road win would go a long way towards making the tourney. Go Blue

I stopped on High Point Winthrop game for a minute and do my eyes deceive me or is High Point decked out in Jumpman unis?! Perhaps this is common knowledge but I didn't know they had those.

You started a thread on the board, asking for everyone's participation. You shouldn't be so butt hurt because someone doesn't think a regular season Sparty basketball game needs an open thread on a Michigan blog. Is this a regular thing? Are there threads about all of their regular season games?

Wow, just checked the score.  Iowa didn't seem like anything special in the nonconference season (3 losses), but in league play they've been fantastic.  Did they get someone back from injury?

There is something quintessentially Iowa basketball about some kid named Peter Jok having a rather nice game indeed right now - 19 points including 3 of 4 from outside, making for a personal effective FG% of almost 94% for him personally right now. Iowa's collective effective FG% is 65.15% right now.
