Tell us your rain-soaked Big House experience this past weekend

The crowd was great on TV. How loud was it in person?

Any down in fronters?

Curious to know how many ND fans there were and if there were any encounters with them. Was most of that rain their tears?

It was great. I feel like it's been louder before, at least in my section, but what an outcome. I'll always remember this as the Notre Dame beatdown/students hurled towels on the field in protest of horseshit refs game.

I feel as though if ever given the chance we should play OSU at night. Gripe about tradition all you want, but the Big House is a different animal at night, and that's just a fact.

I’ve been going to one game per year  for eleven years now and I can say this was the loudest and most fun I’ve ever had at a game. Even the weather couldn’t keep our spirits down after that ass whooping!!

I’ve never been so damn cold at a sporting event. Poncho only did so much. My right leg was violently shaking. Alas, I wouldn’t change anything.

Wore long underwear, layers, windbreaker, hockey jersey (first time I’ve ever worn a M Hockey jersey to The Big House), poncho, and my awesome helmet winter hat. My khakis were almost transparent they were so wet - I definitely will have snow pants for this kind of scenario going forward (and based on the results I hope it rains/sleets even harder against OSU).

Loved every second of it. I’ve been going to games my whole life, and this is the first time my old man section never sat down once.

It was fucking loud too!

The hilarious part was how the aisles were rivers.

Really debated going. Sucked it up and got to a friends tailgate around 3. Ate any and everything and watched afternoon games. Had a couple seats in Section 44, row 22. Great seats. But never got there. Friend ends up giving me a couple of dry seats in the club level suites. Tough choice but at least I was out of the rain. So I gave my seats away to a young couple. Turned out to be a win/win/win.

Tailgated from 11am with a tv at our spot and watched the Ohio St/Wisconsin game, Penn St/MSU game, some of the Oklahoma loss....? and then onto the game. I was better prepared for this game with rain gear compared to the MSU monsoon game in 2017, still wished I would have worn my waterproof work boots. The rain at the game was so worth it because of we whooped ND’s ass. I only sat at halftime, nobody in our section sat and it was loud as hell. What a great way to send off the Irish for the next 14yrs! Go Blue!!!
