So it makes sense. And worth reiterating that UCLA is a... visual campus.
....visual you say....
Great example of the cheerleader effect from himym
went there. it is a beautiful campus and great academically great also. the female sights are great and they wear summer clothes all year round. if i didnt go to michigan it would have been a great school to go to.
Not arguing with that, just talking about that specific picture. The front girl is pretty hot. The others you wouldn't give a second look if they weren't in cheerleading uniforms and were standing on their own.
I think you're just a bit more persnickety than the rest of us :D
they all seem hot to me.... and i married a prom queen.....
Justin Verlander is on MGoBlog!
give them a second look. And now I'm going to give them a third.
I'm guessing you're a young man. You should be more generous; you'll be happier, and so will those around you. Those young women are all adorable and well worth appreciating.
To have that kind of stamina at your age is impressive!
Not trying to say they aren't all good looking, just not 10's... They are definitely more attractive as a group than they are individually.
a purely aesthetic standpoint, only the front one has a very pretty face. The others are cute though, and I'm sure a few have great bodies given their daily practice. Not to mention, and as you stated - the whole chearleader theme / uniform effect makes them all more attractive than in street clothes.
More importantly, however, is that this is a relative comparison we are talking about, and as much as I love my alma mater, UM coeds- cheerleaders or not- just aren't on par with Cali girls who benefit greatly by staying in shape and tan all year due to the better climate.
I prefer the 2nd girl to the 1st.
You have excellent taste.
they are all hot............
"wouldn't give a second look" probably wasn't the right wording... They're all attractive, just more so as a group than individually, and because of what they're wearing.
this guy f**ks^
Let's be honest, you couldn't pull any of them.
I could with full head of hair and in great shape at 6'3. No chance now at 53. At least the wife still likes me!
you would give the rest of those girls a second look then you probably just aren't that into females, NTTAWWT
The front 2 are super hot imo. The others are not dimes by any means, but lets not pretend that they are not way above average. If you live in an area where those girls are 5/10, please lmk becuase I will move there asap.
The front girl has the best looks but they all look cute! The 4th girl down the line looks like she could be east germans daughter.
Yes, this pic is from about 8 years ago (yes, that's weird I know this) and the smoke-show standout on the very right is named Brianna and is as hot in other pics as she is this.
2, 5, 3, 4 ,1
Let me fix that for Spinach Assassin:
"UCLA is a blue blood MEN's BASKETBALL program."
But yeah, it's a good school academically and Westwood has its charms. Best of luck to him, unless he's playing Michigan or Cal.
Though I grew up on the west coast and saw them on TV often (I know that doesn't afford one automatic blue blood status).
UCLA will always be nationally relevant, the same way Georgia will be, and in a way sparty never could be.
Their uniforms (especially in the 1980s and 1990s) were great - especially the home blues. And I loved the fact that USC hated/hates UCLA.
This, in part, from having worked with and opposite a few graduates of the "University of Spoiled Children" and finding that experience ... not fun. Also, USC is in an enclave in a dicey part of town, while Westwood is just beautiful. And I believe in most respects UCLA is more competitive and better academically than USC.
Loved their 80s powder blue. Still love their color scheme. Wish they were better at football (well except that it hurts our recruiting) - I just happened to grow up in a time they were better at football for a longer period so they are always more relevant to me than maybe a 25 year old.
They've won only 58% of their games in history and one national title. Their climate and cheerleaders are elite, nothing else.
I would be a fool to include the entire school considering their basketball program.
I think those things help in football recruiting, which is why I mentioned it. Anyone who disagrees about the cheerleaders must not have seen the USC Song Girls.
if you've ever been to that campus you can see why a kid would be interested. It's also a very good school.
LOL UCLA is absolutely not a Blue Blood program. I believe this is all about him being guaranteed a starting spot at UCLA, which I understand. He has an amazing story and I would hate to see him miss getting drafted because he split time as a senior. Obviously Harbaugh isn't going to make guarantees, that's not our program. If Mora can do that for him, fine. Good luck to the young man, I hope he gets to the NFL and helps his family.
is UCLA a blue blood program? They're not even the best program in their town.
