Random Thought - USC/UCLA are about to go the way of Nebraska
Nebraska has never recovered their past glory from the day they joined the Big Ten.
Pretty sure USC and UCLA will suffer the same fate for one simple reason - weather.
It's going to be a joy watching those candy-ass, warm weather programs slog it in cold, wet Big Ten road games.
They'll rue the day they joined. Book it.
USC has been in a funk for at least a decade. If they are unable to get back to national relevance that's on Lincoln Riley not their move to the B1G.
UCLA already isn’t good at football and USC is building a very good team. Horrible take.
What the hell are you talking about, Nebraska volleyball is doing fine.
Any team outside of Alabama with Saban falls under OSU dominance. USC will be no different. I’d say they’ll be more PSU than Nebraska. UCLA is going to be a bottom feeder.
ya, that one bad weather game a year will destroy those programs
Nebraska was already lost before they joined the Big Ten. The Big Ten didn't make them worse.
USC/UCLA will do everything in their negotiations to play at the eastern team sites in Sept/Oct. and the opposite years, they play the eastern teams in Cali in late Oct/Nov, enticing many eastern fans to their stadiums. There may be times when USC/UCLA play at the eastern teams in Nov, but it may not be as often as everyone thinks. JMO
Not going to book it. Terrible take. Majority of their games will be in warm weather to begin with.
Nebraska is a shit recruiting area, California is not. USC and UCLA will reel in their talented crop of recruits in the state and they will succeed in the B!G West.
I can’t wait to make the trip to LA to watch Michigan play.
Well if CLord says so.
Time will tell…
Given the recruiting hotbed that is Southern California, USC and UCLA will always have access to blue-chip talent.
