UGH

It's only 6:37 AM here. I went to bed early on purpose because I knew I would not be able to sleep long. I likely got six hours of good sleep, which normally does not cut it. I like eight or more. When Michigan wins, though, I'll be so energized, so it does not matter, really.

Just woke up from a dream where I was in Ann Arbor (I'm not close) and I waited all night outside the stadium in a "standby line" and was able to buy 2 returned tickets at the fifty yard line, row O, for face value this morning.

While we were waiting for the game, Bruce Madej sits down across from me so I ask him why these great tickets were still available, and after looking around to make sure no one's listening he tells me they're from a block of season tickets purchased by a group of nuns for a charity raffle each week but they never get around to putting the raffle together so they're always released. I make a note to go to church tomorrow to personally thank God. There was more stuff, but weird dream stuff that I'll keep out. I don't even care that the dream isn't true, because game day is here! Go Blue!

Time to see how well Cook does with no O line for the first time in his career. As Jared Goff discovered last week, its hard to throw the ball when you spend all day on your back.

Come on Michigan! Gotta do it today! Big players make big plays in big games...that's gotta be our defense today. Also Rudock needs to have a statement game! Let's do this! Go Blue!

I heard Dantonio's radio show on Thursday night driving home from work.  He is such a whiny baby looking for disrespect in anything Michigan/Harbaugh does that he was asked about how to prepare for the game and timing and he responded something to the effect of "You can say there is not a clock counting down, but there is a clock and it is ticking."

not upon us. Upon them. Poor form, OP. Either way, relegate those bastards back to the hinterlands of the motor city pizza bowls and the like.

If figures that I would go to sleep and in those 6-7 hours, nearly 200 people would get the chance to bang before I would get the chance. I think part of that is getting old perhaps, or just forgetting the board's tendency for prolific banging on the graveyard shift. No matter - the important thing today is to make sure that there are Spartans weeping twelve hours from now.
