Should be painted like the rose bowl imo. Blue background with blue up both sidelines

Third time an endzone has been discussed.

 But I've always thought that a maize endzone would be pretty sexy.

A lot of players say that paint has a tendancy to make field turf slippery in bad weather, especially the older type (Mich's was installed in 2010). It can be painted, but is not as common anymore. Most full color endzones on FieldTurf (ex:OSU) are actually sewn into the field and not painted.

When I was at Michigan, they used to repaint the endzones once a year, and touch them up for prime time tv games. Since Harbaugh has come, I've noticed they look like shit but it's better than having a guy slip. I assume they will continue to look like that until it's time to replace the turf.

I think they're fine as is. There's something to be said for the understated look.

We are more about understatement than jazzing things up, i.e. the hated halo.

We don't need the Najee Harris the #1 player in the country...he isn't a position of need...wah Our endzones look like shit...wah I guess this is better than the alternative...complaining about the state of the program under Rich Rod or Hoke.

I don't think the athletic department has been receiving my letters, but I really would like it if it said "Fuck OSU" in each end zone, every Saturday.
