On the eve of MGoBlog football (or non-OT) season, I thought this might make an interesting topic. What behaviors do you find most annoying on MGOBLOG?
 
I'll start with a couple:
 
-People who start posts about what annoys them in a retail store.

Posters that mimic their username.  Mean Joe in particular just needs to go away.  Putingrad, you're not Putin, roleplay elsewhere.

The worst is the repetive jokes that people won't let go and think are funny for the millionth time. Oh we didn't get a recruit? I better respond DeShawn Hand. Alex Kozan. etc... The second worse is the constant trolling of other posters. If someone says something ridiculous feel free to give it to them once. But when I see a Maizen insult post in every single thing I click on its just annoying. I used to see the same thing towards WolverineDevotee or whatever his name is. And if you post your own OT blog on here just to troll the persons blog below you, then go live on the msu boards. That shit is pathetic.

Way too much hand-ringing over uniformz. I've never seen so many dudes get so butt hurt over a stripe here or a number there. Get a life! Another is some posters get so butt hurt when anything remotely negative about Michigan is posted. Michigan is not a perfect football program. That's OK. Not everybody has to love every single thing Harbaugh does.

Now wait...as someone who works for a public utility, I am fearful of the traffic you just sent in my direction with this comment.

Although, when we try to explain why it doesn't work, people don't seem too interested in the mechanics of it, even if they are fascinating.

People who complain about a free website as if it owes them something. Sorry you don't like Draftageddon or soccer posts or whatever. I do, some portion of the readership does, and the authors do. If someone is forcing you to read those posts Clockwork Orange-style, well, that's a matter for the police, not for the site.

This used to be mostly a great insider news website with some awesome breakdowns and opinions. The main content has stayed great and mostly gotten better.

 

The forums have been nothing but a shit-covered slip-and-slide going down down down since the end of the RR years. It used to be that if something was posted, and remained, on the forum that it was generally something worth reading. Now 3/4's of it is just asswater, who fucking cares that someone else got "the most negs of all time" or whatever stupid social-media-hangout shit is going on.

I hate the holier than thou fans that have even posted in this thread. You hate recruiting and you hate the criticism of 18-22 yr olds? I want my favorite team to succeed and the decision of a 16/17 yr old does in fact matter. If that's too much for you get the F off the blog. This is a fan driven blog. Secondly in other sports 18-22 yr olds can be professional. Should they not be criticized because of their age?
