OT- Game of Thrones S6 E8: No One
Let's have it now.
Nothing wrong with the arts, and the Tony's is at least a legit awards show. I wouldn't waste my time with it , but it is clearly more than a popularity contest unlike Emmy, or Grammy or Oscars. The Emmy's piss me off. They always award shows based on popularity. Game of Thrones, won everything for their worst season, season 5, Breaking Bad could have swept the emmy's for season 2 on, but only won after the show was uber popular.
I want to know what was up with arya standing on the bridge...
I'm interested to see Bran again...
and I expect someone will die. (hopefully lancel)
we only have three episodes left...
I see what you did there.

"You're shit at dying."
Might be one of the best lines on the show ever.
'Where's the punishment in that?'
'They'll die'
'Everybody dies, well, except that one (nods at Beric).'
"Everyone's getting older"
"Not this one"
Thoros: You enjoying yourself?
Hound: I prefer chicken
I laughed pretty hard at that. Still laughing, in fact.

I really like the whole "Cleganebowl" thing, but I do think (and want to see) they'll fight again before it's over. I think the Hound ends up fighting for the Starks.
He'd be for the Starks only in the enemy-of-my-enemy sense.
I don't think so at all.
You must have missed the comment about the Little Birds finding way more "stuff".
on the High Sparrow or on Margery. Any ideas?
Also - Am I right in thinking the whole trial in the Sept and no trial by combat was a direct response by the High Sparrow to the earlier action with Cersei?
seeing as cersei is gonna burn down kings landing
Concur. I see this as being a scorched earth policy rather than dirt on the High Sparrow which would likely go nowehere. One would think Cersei learned that particular lesson about power conferring immunity long ago as she certainly taught it to several people.

King Tommen, The Hypeslayer
Awesome episode, other than Blackfish's unceremonious death. I'd almost wager against him actually being dead since we didn't see it, but it's not out of GoT character for action to happen off-screen. I guess he died what he wanted to die for: defending Riverrun.
Edmure Tully returns to his bitchy, selfish self. Though, I don't blame him. Blackfish shoulda headed North while he had the chance rather than trust Edmure. Then again, it's a pretty smart move by Jaime that wasn't very predictable.

that episode was rough. and not in a good way.

Also I don't think the faceless "men" are supposed to take that much pleasure in their duty.
You'll wind up on the pointy end.

you are willing to spoil the fact that he dies, but not how it happens because that would be wrong? If you are trying not to spoil things, try harder next time ...thanks
Those kids have been fucked for a long time.
