Thamel also tweeted that per his sources, Ewers is expected to use his connections to other top 2022 Texas recruits to his next destination. Here’s hoping he takes the OSU commits with him.
Next one will be when they announce Day to the Bears. My conspiracy theory is that Fickell knows he is leaving and that’s why he did not go to Notre Dame.

While I am all about the NIL bringing some fairness to college sports.  I’m going to go ahead and make the call that a kid who left high school a year early to concentrate on maximizing his NIL opportunities is showcasing a gigantic red flag.

Yep...they got a prima donna prancing around because the world hasn't handed him anything. I would say 'CYA' to Ewers. Wouldn't be surprised to see him pop up at USC. He might be the best QB out there...but keep him "out there".

Never sorry to see OSU taking one in the pooper, but the transfer portal is for kids I don’t want on my team anyway.

Take your ball and go home, kid. God forbid you get in the fight and earn something.

The team the team the team.

It looks like he could be headed to be with Steve Sarkasian. And you think Xavier Worthy has stats now!

Not a big deal for OSU at all. They just got a commitment from the #5 QB for the 2022 class Devin Brown. Day knew this was happening. Not a huge surprise to the insiders. He wasn’t ready for college football mentally at all. He should be in the texas high school football playoffs right now. Never seemed like a good thing him reclassifying. McCord and Brown will compete for the 2023 starters job. Ewers to LSU would make sense and a big splash I think with the Kelley hire.
