Only Michigan takes all momentum to overtime and then doesn't capitalize. Refs played a part, for sure, but so did our pathetic FT shooting. Ridiculous.

Our starting guards went 2-8 on FTs tonight.

But the team fought hard at least in the closing moments - down 8 with 2 to go is not an easy one on the road.  The FT disparity is exaggerated a bit due to slowing down the game at the end but until that point Minn had about 28-30 FTs...against a team which tries not to foul you.  Silly refs.

Simply go FUCK themselves. 41 GOD DAMN free throws to 18. And don't give me any crap about who drives the basket and what not. Walton repeated drove the basket and rarely got a call Ok I'm don't venting. On to Rutgers

Robinson would only give up 10 more rebounds a game due to his lack of defense/rebounding.

Irvin just needs to play with the system instead of playing hero ball.

AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIT YOUR FUCKING FREE THROWS!

Why is Irvin Takeshita in OT. And his one handed rebounds are awesome. Guck those refs too I've never seen a more blatant one sided game, Walton couldn't buy a foul even tho he was hacked all game. I really think sometimes this shit is rigged and there are certain people making bank on betting these games.

Excruciating on so many levels.  Absolute horseshit officiating (worse than even the Madison game somehow) compounded by inexplicably bad FT shooting.  This dogshit Minnesota team suddenly hits every FT down the stretch.  Irvin forgets he's in a slump and bricks away clutch possessions.

I do love the fight we showed, though.

I can't believe how much Irvin shot today, it's not why we lost, but it will be why we lose a future game if no one tells him he is not allowed anything other than layups

41 free throws is absurd. While not their best game by any means, our team played pretty well against a tough team on the road, but there's no way to overcome that kind of officiating.

The toughest test for Michigan athletics these past couple years or so hasn't been Ohio State, but Jim Delaney and his stooges in stripes. What an awful product put out by the conference. Barf!

This team played their asses off Refs sucked plain and simple If you want to gripe it's at poor FT shooting and we let the refs get in our heads. Hard not to. Better concentration on adjusting to how the game was called would have behooved us. We eventually drove more and balanced out the calls but the phantom calls and tech call are inexcusable

45 total fouls. 28 on Michigan...... 17 for Minnesota. Just incredible. And only 2 were intentional at the end .... One team gets to whack it and hack it all night long and the other team gets a boat load of horse crap tricky tack calls.....
