This will be the thread for hot takes about the offense and offensive playcalling.

I said all year CJ needed more touched on offense and I even mentioned to someone who wanted Xavier Worthy that CJ could be a Xavier type player for us. Feels to say told you so once they decided to reward him for those nice routes. He turned that safety around beautifully. What a great game.

Wow.  Just wow.  Great adjustments by our staff.  It’s clear the Ryan day is a “less than game coach”.  Amazing.  And. Was SO wrong.   I thought OSU would win by 25.   I’m so wrong.  And I’m so glad that I’m so wrong.

All I can say is every nerve-wracking moment with this offense throughout B10 play has been trumped by this performance. Fuck the non-conference performances. This is JJ's true coming out party. Let's Go Blue! Beat Purdue, or Illinois, or Iowa for back to back B10 Championships!

I heard Harbaugh say it was intended for Corum, but once he got banged up, Mullins threw it the next-best.  I assume he left Edwards out since the hand injury was known, because, yeah… if Edwards is the RB there, he keeps his perfect touchdown-to-pass ratio (but kills his YPA :).

Kudos to the offensive line. Tough first half, and they hung in there and were a force the entire second half. McCarthy cool under pressure.

I'm just stunned. At halftime I was worried the wheels had come off, but the team came out and absolutely dominated the second half, start to finish.

I give him props he finally stepped up and made the passes he had to in the first half to keep Michigan in the game.

Is another 50% completion percentage game good, no but he took advantage of matchups and busted OSU coverage. The pass to Loveland was his best of the season, his missed that throw all season.

What a tale of two halves! JJ doing just enough in thr first half and the run game taking over in the second half. The JJ throw to Loveland was his best of the season by far.

It’s crazy how close the stats are in the second half to last years game.

JJ started slow, and the entire fanbase was feeling some type of way.  Then JJ-to-CJ happened (in the face of a hell of a pass rush, too).  Then it happened again.  Then the QB keeper.  Then the dime to Loveland.  By then, you knew JJ is the one who was chosen.

As for Mullings...he's neither LB nor RB now, he's in the QB pipeline LOL

Michigan's O Line is just too good for Ohio State's soft D Line.

A one-handed Donovan Edwards made himself a legend in this one.  I don't care that it was basically 2 long runs instead of hammer on anvil with Haskins throughout the game...we'll take it.

It feels like we're no longer inside the OSU fan from Toledo's NCAA14 save--now we're in the Michigan fan from Brighton's NCAA14 save.  I'm ok with that.

Congrats everyone. That offense exploited the holes in our D. Can’t do anything but tip my cap. Enjoy the win and I guess we’ll see you next year. Idk. I’m just dead inside so you guys can enjoy that.
