For all of their contributions to 〽️’s success the past couple of years, we should ‘loan’ Jaybaugh to the the Ravens’ Defensive staff next year (while we hopefully hold on to Minter for one more year). Then after a year of ‘finishing school’ we bring him back as the next in the pipeline. He’s due.

It was a media hype event for OSU! Even the LV oddsmakers bought into it. Charles Woodson was probably the only local or national personality who picked M. The entire Free Press staff picked Ohio and even Angelique picked Ohio (the other News writers picked M).

Personally I was thinking/hoping for 38-35 M, but thought it would be much more like last year with OSU getting slowly mauled by M's run game. The manner which M won was really unexpected for me.

I wish they had a better play to get some chunk yards than a zone read. It was a decent attempt by Moody but with like 5-8 more yards he probably hits it.

Always wanted to keep Harbaugh around, even through the tough times. The commentators said at one point that "the entire" M fan base wanted him gone, but I know a sizable number of us didn't waver on keeping him

Same here. 2020 was a weird Covid year and although I didn’t love the outcome, I thought at the time no way should Harbaugh be on the hot seat. Glad I was right!

I'm with you. In the darkest days of 2020, I wanted him to stay and finish the job.
I watched that guy succeed at San Diego, at Stanford, and with the Niners - the man can flat coach.
He had some bad breaks and it seemed to impact his spirit - but how much fun is it to see him absolutely beaming now.
What a coach! What a team! What a season!

Every time the topic of dumping Harbaugh came up, I’d ask the question of who would do better? I never got a great answer to that question; most posters would cop out and say things along the line of, “that’s Warde’s problem”.
The first 5 years of Harbaugh’s tenure were below expectations, but we were still a consistent 9-10 win team and I never understood just chucking that and rolling the dice on a new coach. Standing pat and being patient was the right move. Programs like LSU that just continue to chase the newest shiny thing…we don’t want to be that.
