Miami just scored to finally take the lead 10-7 vs. Southern Miss but the couple of times I've checked in their offense doesn't look great.  It's still early with Gattis but I'm not sold he's going to revolutionize the offense down in Coral Gables.

Boo Texas...  Kicking the FG from the 2, with 3 seconds left in the half.  If you want to beat Bama, you have to score TD's.

And they missed the FG attempt.  Should have just run a play...

re OSU:

Look, they have a really good win now. It’s a long season.

Nobody here doesn’t expect them to turn into a buzzsaw.

I’m just saying that I’m sure they’ll be fine despite only leading Arkansas State 24-9 at half, but if it was us only leading 24-9 I’d feel like calling for firings and stuff.

They’ll be ok and just maybe so will we.

Texas has spent the last decade wondering what could’ve been if Colt McCoy never got injured in the BCS title game against Alabama.

They are about to spend the next decade wondering what could’ve been if Quinn Ewers never got injured against Alabama in this game.

Awful clock management by Texas. Caught a pass for a first down in bounds with 25 seconds left, kept 2 timeouts in their pocket and ran off 8 seconds for a 1 yard gain. Would’ve had one more play before that shanked field goal…

Waiting to hear ad-nauseam how incredibly “tough” and physical the new OSU tough, and totally not soft defense and running game are.

Did I mention they were tough?  They will out-hit you.  Very physical team, everybody knows it, all the best people are saying it.  OSU- biggest, best, toughest team.  I’ve been hearing they are not soft at all
