Nifty College Football Game on Android

I miss NCAA Football too, but there remains an option to play a "modern" college football video game.

Football Coach 2 is a simulation game where you can take your college football team through multiple seasons, recruiting, managing your team, and trying to win league and national championships. For those who played Solecismic's Front Office Football, it's in that style - it's a simulation game. There are no fancy graphics, but you can make general play calls, hire coaches, discipline players, send players to the draft, manage rosters, etc. However, it's only available on Android

It's quick to play, so you can take a team through an multiple seasons in one sitting. There are enough features to make it challenging and engaging. You can save and load multiple seasons, so you can take Michigan through many consecutive national titles or take a cellar dweller into national prominence. You can even import custom rosters to have actual players in the game.

I have no association with the developer. I am just sharing something that I think many of you will enjoy.

Am I the only one who thought this was going to be Michigan bypassing a gimmicky European football game, and deciding to play Air Force on an asteroid?

Yes, I am the only one? Also, I can't read? Okay, never mind then.

We must remain steadfast in our refusal to play these space opponents until the National Galactic Athletic Association enforces the rule that all alien teams must keep their tentacle eyes inside their helmets at all times. It's just too much of an advantage for them.

I built a MAME machine and really enjoy the old school arcade version Tecmo Bowl with the blue team vs. the red team.  (Not the Bo Jackson sega version).     I know it is possible to hack the files and redo the bit maps so that it could be Michigan vs. Ohio State.   I've never found enough time, but someday I'm going to make it happen.
