NCAA can't do anything right now. There are allegations, but none of it is substantiated yet through an investigation and until more of the FBI investigation is made public. Those players are going to be cleared to play "based on the current evidence." Sean Miller was fine until he wasn't. Pitino was fine until he wasn't. I am guessing there are going to be other individuals who are going to fall victim to this down the line.

And at this point in the season, most of these schools and coaches probably DGAF. If more evidence comes out these players were ineligible, their 2017-18 season and reputation was already going to get nuked anyway. Not much to be gained by sitting the players out for the remainder of this season. Arizona is playing Ayton tonight. I think that shows that none of these guys are going to sit. Schools will deal with the consequences retroactively.

Burn their program to the ground. They manipulate and lie. They will stomp over the rules and rape victims to win. They are criminal and the investigations will prove it to be true. Sickening beyond belief.

Will make it through the tourney and some cheating team will win the title. After star players leave for the NBA, the FBI and NCAA will hit some teams and take away another national title. For those that play the right way, once again it won’t matter, because you still won’t be the champion. Business as usual

Beilein has done a masterful job at figuring out how to beat him while cheating. If you can’t win while you’re cheating then I say please,”never get rid of IZZO!” He is a cheating has been. Last two victories against State were by 29 points and 10 points. Like the Bad News Bears,”let them play!”

No one on here gets paid to edit sentences. Here’s a hole! In title it says IZZO. Directly tying it to him in the first sentence. You an Capital A-Holes! By the way I’ve never received a paper without the highest grade on it in writing! Nothing to prove lots to learn. Lastly, ladies this is a sports blog, try and enjoy it!

HOF legacy doesn’t mean SHIT’. See:Pitino, Miller
Beilein hasn’t been here half the time IZZO has been paying players(oops) wasting talent at Michigan State. Just look up the word trending. Your last tournament win was two years ago. So when you come over here to talk izzoisms you best be prepared. How far did the App(ling) fall from the tree?

You are correct about the Miami win. I was incorrect I forgot they lost by 20 in the second round. However, I won’t go into the documentary about how clean IZZO has been at MSU. That’s hilarious I will let you continue in the same vein as that program. “It ain’t cheating, even if you do get caught. Beilein as I stated above has done more with less and during the last couple of years despite not having to cheat to get 5 star recruits, he has figured out Ole Tommy Boy. Next year we will sweep them. I appreciate your presence and your sincere love for IZZO. When the report does come out if and when it does with more info, all he will do is deny it.(cheating). See:Pitino
He’s still in denial after being exposed. I guess it’s only cheating if, you can prove it! Lol

I'm used to going to MSU for a friendly rivalry game and discussion. I'm not stepping foot in that shithole, and I think Michigan should refuse to play them at home until they get their shit together. Fuck that university and that team.

lying or this guy is misunderstanding. THe NCAA isn't forcing MSU to suspend Bridges. That's far from clearing him, which they are in no position to do. Considering the timing of the leak, it's highly unlikely they've even started an investigation of the players that were named.

If 3 years from now the NCAA finishes an investigation and deems there was wrong doing, they are likely losing all these games whether he plays or not. They mine as well play him.

It’s cool, Bridges mom only wanted 400 and a steak to secure her son would play for coach Izzo and the he dirtiest program in the country. It was the deal of a lifetime. With the on going sexual and physical assault cases it’s surprising anyone even mentioned this. It’s actually a smear campaign and a hit job. It’s clearly because espn is mad state and the big ten went to fox even though yahoo sports is fox. It’s sensationalized.

I agree. The offense worries me a little. The last 3 years or so, they've had spectacular defense but they go on offensive droughts that kill them in the tourney.

The paper trail is not established or public yet. A runner having a player or number in his ledger doesn't make it a fact. Especially when the NCAA and compliance don't have access to the full set of information and the source's integrity is questionable (he was alleged to have run up over $40,000 on an NBA player's credit card). He could be making up false receipts and payments to steal money.

My guess is until more of the FBI investigation is made public in court, there isn't much else the NCAA or these schools will do. I think the wiretaps are where the real sh*t will hit the fan. And the schools have little to lose at this point. I think Andy Staples put my thoughts best in this tweet:

The NCAA doesn't want to threaten their golden goose of March Madness with a bunch of suspensions and clouds over programs. Let's just admit it - they are a political organization with the only purpose of maximizing revenue thru the appearance of fair play. MSU and Bridges should pay a big penalty but they'll just slip by. McGary smokes pot and the NCAA bans him for a year. Extra benefits and bribes ... just keep playing.
