This is another example of how Coach Harbaugh is innovating and leading the way.
The summer camps.
The trips.
Donating millions to AD staff members.
The way they are handling NIL and transfers.
Giving opportunities to people who've never before been considered for those opportunities.

It’s also super noticeable during games just how engaged she is. While some assistants kinda look zoned out, she always looks like she’s in the zone when they show her on the sideline

So I've been going back and watching Big Ten Football in 60 or whatever it's called.
Not only is she really engaged, there were multiple times early in the year where she's the first person (or 2nd, after Harbaugh) that JJ goes to when he comes off the field.
In the UConn game when 7 QBs completed a pass...JJ and Mimi are on the sideline going nuts while Cade, oddly enough, is way in the back chatting with Erick All.

People can say what they want about the man but nobody works harder or is more on the leading edge of innovation as much as he is. Some things and methods work and some don’t but he is never afraid to throw things against the wall to see what sticks.

Like Mike Leach and (too few) others, don't be afraid to try things. "Why not?" being the most important question to ask in almost any situation.

I love it about it. Life is too short.
Sure, some of it is going to fail...some stuff I don't agree with. But you miss 100% of the shots you don't take and he shoots his shot.
I loved the satellite camps, the trips abroad, this, the flexibility on the uniform combinations, on and on.

Great piece. She is really impressive and has an extremely bright future. GO GET 'EM MIMI! Glad to have you onboard!
Also - Jacobson is a severely underrated news personality and a great UM alum!

This is leaders and best.
How people can hate a coach who is doing things like this I don’t get.
I don’t really like the kapernick story ( no politics please) but I love that harbaugh sticks by him.
These are the traits that recruits he wants have. Hard passionate players putting it on the line for the team even if others are against you.

Super cool story. Sky is the limit for that girl.

Mimi comes across in an incredibly mature way. This is a great segment.
The next video presented to me by YouTube was Feldman discussing Sainristil's speech to the team during the OSU game about OSU is quitting and the national championship run starts here.

Reactions when you tell Bucknuts that they got beat by a girl are pure gold.

Inspirational story, with much credit due to Mimi’s family and Coach Harbaugh, who is relentless in his search for ways to improve his team and his world. We are blessed as a fan base to have him as a coach and a leader of his little slice of the University.
