The guy who owns the house is a retired teacher from Hamilton.  I have talked to him a few times as he is still present at a lot of Hamilton HS athletic events.  I know he is a basketball season ticket holder and he seems like a nice guy.

To each their own. Too much for me. Question:  how much of the stuff stays with the house? If the owner brought half the stuff, shoot, even 75% of the stuff with him when he moves, it might make it manageable. I wonder how much that stuff is worth, and who would buy it, and what they'd pay for it. After all, stuff is worth whatever someone is willing to pay. Does the owner let the buyer make requests for what stays and what goes? I saw 4 single beds, so I'm assuming they had kids. Wonder if they are Michigan fans too. Wonder if they had any say in the house decor.

Nope, that's one wolverine.  The picture was an early Don Canham promotion/fund raiser.  There were a limited number of premium priced prints personally signed by Don and Bo, and a more general run where the signatures were reproduced.  My brother-in-law has the premium print hanging on his wall, mine was the reproduction, which I've got stored somewhere.

In picture 11, is that a wolverine mounting a bear? Also,  these people are not hoarders.  Hoarders conditions are nightmare ish.  This is well thought out and decorated and most importantly,  clean.

I know the owner quite well.  I grew up not 100 yards from this house, but when I was in the neighborhood, the owner wasn't in this house.  I've never been inside.  He's a life-long bachelor.  I think I'll have to get a hold of him to see if he wants to sell some stuff!

My first thought was "where is all of the hockey memorabilia?"

I went back through, and saw about 2 hockey photos, a few pieces of basketball memorabilia, and one very nifty poster from the 2019 College World Series.

But yeah, dude needs to branch out more to the other sports.

Okay I'll say it: Maize and Blue is not a good color combination in every day life. The yellow is far too bright in contrast with the dark blue, whether it's the adidas highlighter or more muted orange version.

It looks good on a football, basketball, or other athletic uniform. It can be okay on a sweatshirt. But decorations like this are just gaudy and ugly.

I love the color combination, but I also noticed that most of my Michigan T-shirts and hoodies are gray with the print/stitching in Maize and/or Blue. I don't know if that's just an unintentional way of me toning things down as I get older or what. When I was a kid, everything was Maize and Blue. We went to the (Indiana) Statehouse for a field trip in 7th grade and they told us to wear something "nice". I didn't tell my mom, I just dressed myself in my "nicest" clothes -- the bright maize Tractor Traylor jersey and bball shorts I had just gotten. There is picture in my yearbook, I'm standing there with some state politician and 20 or so classmates in their church clothes.
