Are you watching with your eyes open? He runs over, around and through kids...even pulls a Haskins and gracefully leaps over a kid with his 37+" vertical-into the end zone. That's a vertical jump greater  than thirty-seven inches...for a QB!

He has a very dynamic arm. I see the concerns about accuracy being expressed but almost all his throws, on tape, are quite long, downfield throws. It looks as though he has a nice ceiling.

This is Seth's comment about him:

"Arm strength is awesome, accuracy and mechanics are works in progress. He’s also quite raw—he completed barely half of his passes in a high-level Dallas league."

Given that we just experienced this in 2020, I'm a bit puzzled why we'd go through it again.

I think this is the key.

Obviously whenever you make the jump from high school to college, the competition gets better.  And then again from college to pro.  Orji might have been the man at his high school but if he wants to play on Sundays he's going to have to find a position at which he can truly be elite.

It sounds like he has the athleticism.  And he's bound for a team that does a great job of developing young men when they get on campus.

Well, with Cade and JJ, plus Denegal on Board, and I am hoping for D. Moore, there’s really no pressure on the kid to be the man anytime soon. He could be a guy that we don’t really hear about for several years. Milton had more acclaim from day one.

Im also starting to wonder if UM is actually developing a 2 QB system? Maybe a main guy and a guy who’s a rune threat, but who is more than just a threat to run? Basically the Saints.  This could be smart in keeping your roster stocked with QBs given the current state of things with regard to the transfer portal.
