We’re up 38-0 in the 4th and Minnesota has a first and goal with only 2 seconds left. Flea Flecker calls timeout. He wants on the board. Since it’s a clown move by Fleck, the officials agree to let them kick the FG but they only get an extra point since they are already on the 2.5 yard line. We just can’t get that goose egg

I could see Maryland keeping it uncomfortably close well into the second half, and probably exposing some of the ways OSU is one dimensional, but I don't think they have the horses to actually pull off the upset. I think it'll be more like, "OSU wins but they need MHJR circus catches in the 4th quarter to secure victory."

I’ll take 35-7. Minnesota is not a good team, although I look for Tressel Jr to have his team ready to go, at first. JJ and co will put up 21 the first half, another quick TD after, then 2nd-4th string comes in and finishes the bludgeoning. Texas wins and we slip to 3 or 4 which is absolutely fine with me.

If Texas wins tomorrow, they probably should be #1. They’d have far and away the best resume of anyone.
They’d deserve to leapfrog Michigan.

I’m not disagreeing. If OSU wins I look for them to jump us as well. Although I really think Maryland has a punchers chance. We’ll have our opportunity to stake our claim, just not right now.

A month ago I would’ve said something like 24-20 Michigan. An unnerving, nail biting trap game that went down to the last series or two. You knew it would be at night in front of a raucous crowd, and played against a decent to good team that would probably play like it had nothing to lose. That team would have a good defense, good run game and a wooly mammoth of an offensive line that could give Michigan some trouble.
But then the games actually started getting played.
This could be 41-14 kind of game as long as Michigan doesn’t make a ton of mistakes and give Minnesota short fields.

MN is not going to be able to run at all. Their qb is not going to be able to win this game throwing 20+ tops and that is what they will have to do to win.
Michigan's secondary looks a bit more buttoned up in this game as well.
