52-7. Indiana probably scores a garbage time TD and a shutout still eludes this defense, but it’s an otherwise dominant effort against a hapless Indiana offense.
I could see Indiana generating some stops early in the game, as their defense does have a few decent to good players, but as Brian or Seth said on the MGoBlog Roundtable yesterday, the whole is less than the sum of its parts. There’s just no way the IU defense can carry this day with the state that their offensive counterpart is in. Barring a lot of mistakes from Michigan’s end, this one is probably over quickly.
Enjoy the snoozer tomorrow, folks. After this week, Michigan fans are going into ass-clenching territory in just about every game the rest of the way.

so the most likely scenario resulting in the apocalypse is IU not converting a two-point conversion, then actually converting 2 FGs, followed by IU missing an extra point. 3 safeties by Michigan is also a possibility. Glad this game is being played tomorrow.
Based on the tagline I presume it will be program win # 996 unless IU somehow pulls out the upset.
I had never researched the doomsday clock online until today.
