If Drevno stays, I think we can safely assume that the 'meritocracy' principle exists in theory only.

He's got too good a track record overall to let him go, but Drevno the OC is entirely different.

I'd love a game plan devised by Harbaugh, Enos, and Canada. Kurt Anderson, Harbaugh the Younger, and WR Coach Du Jour could simply coach their position groups and recruit. Everybody wins!
Of course, this depends on Pep and Drevno leaving, and Washington staying on the defensive side of the ball.

Who is the offensive equal to Don Brown? "Let's get the Don Brown of offense" that is posted 1234567890 times a week is getting tiresome the names that I insert to that are mostly criminals or head coaches and then we get into the whole cancer to the team we are better than that or toooo many cooks banter . Touchdown Don Brown doesn't really fix the offense problems we have had for a decade if not longer well way longer we have not had any consistency in the CO/assistant area long enough to see growth in harbaughs tenure failed play calling experiments and terrible Oline play or Qb regression has reared its head. Some one who can teach, lead young men, not run dives with tight ends, and has the frame work to be able to stick around for a recruiting classes full term would be awesome
