Was that sent directly to WD??? The great Wolverine Devotee.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:23 PM ^
This would be a perfect time to bring back WD.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:25 PM ^
What exactly was it that got him banned? I know there were things that accumulated over time, but what was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak?
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:39 PM ^
Ace found out that he was getting a commission for all the M-Den / Nike gear that was sold thru his seasonal fashion and apparel posts on MGoBlog.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:41 PM ^
Seriously?
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:53 PM ^
Yep. But now he is known as USC Devotee on another blog.
Here is a recent post about something new at the USC-Den:

Not a fan of the 'twisted' ones. It's hard to get them off.
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:21 PM ^
Righty tighty, lefty loosey.
December 2nd, 2021 at 6:24 PM ^
^ quip of the week ^
December 2nd, 2021 at 6:42 PM ^
Yea, I tried that but rounded the nut.
December 3rd, 2021 at 12:29 PM ^
Better for screwing though, no?
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:48 PM ^
IIRC, WD made fun of LeBron James fans, calling them “LeBronsexual” and Ace interpreted it as a slur against the LGBT community and banned him on the spot.
It seemed like a stretch but then, WD had been a loose cannon for a long time. I guess it was his “Al Capone busted for tax evasion” moment.
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:21 PM ^
Yes. It was the LeBron comment that Ace cited. Weak sauce on that one and not ban-worthy in my opinion.
If WD was to be banned for other behavior, it's better to point out that other behavior so people her can learn from it and not make the same mistakes.
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:00 PM ^
East German Judge's answer is brilliant, but the reality is that WD could get personal with attacks and that got him sent to La Paz. Since Ace is long gone, I have to assume that that decision was fine with the rest of the folks who run the site.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:54 PM ^
The place I work at pays me for posting on this message board. Big deal.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:53 PM ^
Underrated comment!
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:07 PM ^
This is not why he was banned lol
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:18 PM ^
EGJ, I've given you shit before but that was seriously funny.
December 2nd, 2021 at 10:06 PM ^
But Ace made much more $$$ on his GoFundMe site. Is that why he is no longer here?
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:54 PM ^
No thanks.
December 2nd, 2021 at 7:04 PM ^
If WD didn't die happy Saturday because his heart couldn't take the overwhelming joy he felt when the clock hit zero then I'll be disappointed in him
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:41 PM ^
WD needs to be unbanned for this golden era of the mgoblog message board. Let's start a petition.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:57 PM ^
Isn't WD a hardcore MAGA fan?
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:33 PM ^
This site has turned to shit.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:33 PM ^
Yeah boo people
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:54 PM ^
Look, I'm as anti-MAGA as anyone, but that's a terrible reason to keep someone off a sports message board unless talking politics was the reason they were banned (and in this case it wasn't).
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:56 PM ^
Nah…he dug his own grave and was an ass.
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:18 PM ^
Wow. Davey B. I wonder what previously highly successful, enormous entity he is expertly piloting into rocky shoals these days.
I wonder. But not nearly enough to go look. I still have a free sixer of Coca Cola to finish up.

Tucker gets an additional $25 million if the 2022 game is moved from East Lansing to Ann Arbor per his contract.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:16 PM ^
He also gets an additional $25M if he moves his family to EL. He said “naw”.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:36 PM ^
Lansing........how odd to name a city after a procedure that drains puss from a boil
(yes I know it is spelled differently)
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:20 PM ^
The 2022 UM/MSU game has already been announced as being in Ann Arbor.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:54 PM ^
So maybe the new schedule will move it back to EL.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:30 PM ^
The current schedule has it in EL. The Big Ten has not made the changes yet. The new schedule will feature MSU at home and IU on the road, and it is most likely the order of conference games will be adjusted to make the home/road swaps work.
If the order of games is not changed, Michigan would play 8 of their first 9 games at home (4 home games with a road trip to Iowa sandwiched inbetween) and close the season with 3 straight road games. I doubt the schedule would stay that way.
December 2nd, 2021 at 7:41 PM ^
I would have no problems with the November games (such as Indiana under the lights) being played elsewhere.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:25 PM ^
Another interesting question is Indiana. We had them at home this year so guessing that game in 2022 will be on the road. That would give us 3 straight road games to end the year. That game will change to probably October in Bloomington.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:24 PM ^
That’s why they’re releasing a brand new schedule. They have to swap everyone’s schedule around to accommodate the UM/MSU/IU site swaps, which have already been confirmed.
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:09 PM ^
I didn't realize it's already been confirmed.
But yes, they are releasing the schedule in the next 2-6 weeks and please believe I will be the most petty MF on here, reminding you when it happens.
December 3rd, 2021 at 5:30 AM ^
It’s been confirmed by all the involved schools, the B1G, and then gets brought back up every time we get another thread here about the schedules not being fixed
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:27 PM ^
BUT THE WEBSITE DOESN'T SAY THAT!!
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:34 PM ^
MSU will be flipped to home and IU will be flipped to away. At least one game in November will need to be moved because as it stands with those adjustments, our last home game would be against Illinois on 10/29 and there’s no way they let that happen
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:21 PM ^
Yes, there will definitely need to be an adjustment to the schedules of many teams. For Michigan, ending their home schedule in October is a non-starter.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:21 PM ^
Moving the game weeks is probably what has taken so long
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:40 PM ^
Ohio State is scheduled to play Iowa and Wisconsin next year. I’m sure those games will get swapped out for Illinois and Nebraska.
December 2nd, 2021 at 3:52 PM ^
What, no Northwestern?
December 2nd, 2021 at 5:28 PM ^
Nah. Next year NW is due to win the West.
December 2nd, 2021 at 4:53 PM ^
Illinois and Nebraska might better than Iowa and Wisconsin next year. Iowa always falls back to earth after these one off seasons and who's to say Wisconsin doesn't have another 4 loss season?
