"At this point I'd be surprised if Peoples-Jones ended up anywhere but Ann Arbor."

"
Heading into his junior season Peoples-Jones erupted as a national recruit after winning The Opening Finals Nike Football Rating championship competing alongside many of the nation's top prospects who were a year older. He ran a 4.42 laser-time 40-yard dash with a 42-inch vertical leap."

I'm not sure that I believe the OSU coaches visited him last night. That would indicate that DPJ actually hadn't made his mind up yet which is totally counter to what everyone is saying about him being a M lock for what seems years now. I still feel he commits to the good guys but the rumor of Meyer visisting him during a snow storm adds a little intrigue. You would think that a program with a ton of 5 stars already in the fold wouldn't bother with one player that was already decided for another team. Like I said - I think he chooses us but the decision was probably much closer than anyone will ever know.

I don't think people that do not really follow recruiting closely understand this yet, but most top uncommitted kids do this every year now. If you look like a strong lean to one school, in the week leading up to your decision you create a bunch of uncertainty to hype up your announcement. Think Lavert Hill wearing MSU and PSU swag to school (and those pics coincidentally ending up all over Twitter) before he announced last year. OSU has multiple high level WRs already committed, FSU has only recently been mentioned as even an option. He's been trending solid UM for months then all of a sudden there's a flash of rumors he's going elsewhere. I get it, CROOTIN anything can happen. But don't fall for this shit, he's going to Michigan.

As a native to the area myself, I can attest to the fact that once you hit about Belleville Road on I-94 traveling west from the city, you leave the area of Michigan affected by tropical trade winds and enter the tundra. You can tell usually because the total amount of snow on the ground will creep up an inch or two, also because Wayne and Washtenaw County have decidedly different plowing schedules / methods.
