I know we don't like coach speak very much right now given how much it has let us down much of this year. If it isn't backed up with tangible results the week of the game I agree it should piss us off if anything if it's not translating to Main Street. So just take this with a VERY small grain of salt

Yaaayy!! I wonder what our record is in practice? I love Don Brown and I hope he’s right but why the hell would that mean anything to any of us. Just to be clear, the OP is the jackass here for hanging on to some bullshit coach speak and posting it, not Don Brown for sharing coachspeak

If Don Brown says it. Book it. The man has never spoke anything but the direct, no BS truth. Solve your problems with aggression. He has earned that status and credibility. Not to hear a bunch of nonsense comparisons to Hoke.

At some point the OSU players have to lose the excitement and hyper focus for this game. I know it's a culture thing with them and Urban does his best to keep the intensity up for this game, but it's starting to seem manufactured on their end. If they're honest, I imagine a lot of the OSU players look at this game and don't get the hype. No one on their roster has ever seen this as a competitive rivalry. I hope this means they are gradually losing their edge and we can sneak up on them. Need to win a few to make this truly special again.
