Probably not... but he must have enjoyed himself. What a game and what an atmosphere. Would be some great salt in the wound for OSU if we landed him on that win.

This was definitely a good recruiting day, but he should be advised to take his time and not decide during this obvious emotional experience. But he'll assuredly remember it.

It would be a pretty big disappointment to not convert this win into some recruiting wins, be it Jackson, Conerly, etc.

Unlikely, based on what I had heard. I didn't even think we'd make a game of it - let alone win - so I wrote it off and never said why I "knew" he was going to Bama. Now? F*ck it:
I'm not an insider in any way but I heard from someone that knows that he was 100000% going to Bama. No result could change that and this visit was a formality as his dad wanted to see The Game.
After that environment? I'm not him but I'd at least have second thoughts.

If you like atmosphere and get into a team playing like The Team, The Team, The Team, it doesn't get any better than that. While maybe not everybody's into that impacting their decision I don't know for the life of me how you could walk away from that and not think that things are looking up and wanting to be a part of it.
