“Doing your part” AND being in “23 different states” during a global pandemic...ok ??
I have left Los Angeles County 3 times in 8 months to go to Ventura County. What I am tired of is people pretending there is no pandemic going on anymore. I would love to send my kids to sleep away camp again, go to a concert again, take a trip to Hawaii again, go skiing again, eat indoors again...unfortunately I can’t.

Better that we handled things correctly in the Spring, so we could be in much better shape today. Unfortunately, vaccines take time, our country did not lock down properly (like South Korea) at the start of the pandemic, some people really wanted haircuts and/or to party, and some people (for some moronic reason) still think this is not a medical crises and that wearing a mask for 30 mins at the grocery store somehow violates their freedom ?♂️

Americans are overweight and for the most part do not take care of their bodies at all. I think that is part of the reason why the US is having a tougher time. At the same time i'm not an expert.
