Brady vs. Henne Super Bowl?

Hate to see Mahomes out, so fun to watch, and "boo" injuries generally; but are we not required to hope for a Super Bowl with two Michigan QBs?

Because they have volumes of data confirming that when shopping for insurance, the only thing that matters to consumers is ‘awareness.’ That’s why Gieco, Liberty Mutual and Progressive spots — with no discussion of lower funnel measures (features and benefits) — run ad nauseum. It’s all about name recognition.

It's literally about rates to me.  Don't care about the discount doublecheck.  I just want good rates and a carrier that's not going to fuck me over when I need to use it.  I've been with Citizens for home and auto for almost 10 years and I don't think I've ever seen a spot for them.

Also, I will never ever ever ever use Progressive no matter the rate because I DESPISE Flo.

Right? Because most people have the cash to cover the replacement cost of their car being totaled or their house being destroyed by water, fire, wind, etc.

Every business definitely has the cash to cover the current cost of ransomware claims. It doesn't matter that most of the ransoms are near seven figures now and the business income loss on top of that can destroy a company. Every, single company has the money to cover that.

What's the issue holding it up? Fire is always a covered peril unless it's intentional arson to collect the insurance coverage. Cause and origin inspections and reports don't take anywhere near a year. If the carrier is trying to say that's the holdup, it's complete bullshit.

There's nothing in Michigan stopping you from filing a bad faith suit against your carrier if they are unjustly delaying, denying, or refusing your claim.

I’m more interested in seeing Rodgers/Brady vs. Mahomes just to see if Romo gets so excited calling the game that he spontaneously combusts like when you ask your dog, “wanna take a RIDE in the CAR to go to the PARK and play with your new BALL and have a TREAT afterwards?!”

Reminds me of other guys who retired and went into the booth. They start out analyzing from the player’s perspective (Romo in his first season or two for example) because everything is so fresh, but slowly they become typical announcers in time. Whether it’s phoning it in or just losing that connection to the game, I do not know.

Eh, obviously happy for Chad. But let's be honest they probably don't get through the Bills without Mahomes. Henne kinda had a mixed bag. Terrible INT, fantastic and gutsy scramble, and then an easy throw where the Browns gave huge cushion.

But absolutely would be fantastic to see Henne prove people wrong if he has to start next week. Both him and Hart deserved better fates at UM. I  also know who I would be rooting for in a potential Henne vs Brady matchup and it would not be Tom.

I would assume he is referring to who he supports politically and his nonsense trying to downplay covid saying suicides had outpaced covid deaths over a two month span. That stat was not remotely true. To be fair to Tom I guess he might have a different viewpoint now, but throwing out a bogus stat about covid makes me bet against that. If that is the stuff he is referring to I agree.

Like whatever people here worship at the alter of Tom Brady because of his alum status and his ridiculous pro accomplishments which are undeniable but that doesn't mean all of us like him nearly as much on a non football level. Quite frankly I feel like UM itself has been such a disappointment to us for so long that some are vicariously living through the accomplishments of Tom as an alum.
