I mentioned in the OSU coaching thread Herbert deserves a raise. He is a key reason why we have been so dominant in the 2nd half all year.

Michigan has it so good in the S&C Departments for both Basketball and Football. Sanderson/Herbert has to top the list for best S&C duos in the country.
